Clean and fresh. Interesting and cozy lobby and decor. Bathrooms nice and real dove shampoo and body cleanser. Felt safe and clean. Easy to find and restaurants nearby.

Room was clean and new in appearance. Quiet, comfortable bed, nice shower, good access to room from elevator. Enjoyed my overnight stay.

I had to change rooms once I unloaded the first room had such a load heater I couldn’t hear the tv; there was no way I would have gotten any sleep. The gentleman who checked me in was also extremely rude.

Staff is excellent , went above and beyond with our late arrival … Clean hotel , comfortable beds and pillows , great accommodation.. Will definitely stay there again

We arrived late on 8/24. Front Desk staff were awesome. Loved the room and shower. Window treatments were so great. We loved the breakfast area and the layout of common spaces. Easy access from highway when traveling. Thank you!!!

We stayed here for our wedding night. Beautiful hotel, quiet clean and comfortable.

The hotel was newer and you could definitely tell! Checkin was super easy and the facilities provided were what we were excepting

Hotel staff, particularly bar manager abs training bartender were great! Excellent customer service and great conversation!

There's nothing like getting off the elevator at 11pm to a group wondering if we were the Columbus Police Dept. because they were all drunk and making noice. Trash was in front of our door and the inside of the room smelled bad. The bathroom needed cleaned especially near the edges of the shower. We didn't appreciate the $50.00 customary charge for incidentals we may use that is supposed to be reimbursed to us if we don't use them. Why not wait till we buy something to charge us?

Property is clean and rooms are nice. Have stayed there several times. Biggest issue was at check in. Was told room would be ready by 4. Showed up at 5:30 and was told had to wait for a while 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile lots of other people showing up and going straight to there room. Asked why was told because my reservation was in a room with only one bed.

Very clean, excellent breakfast with different options every day we were there. We were with our baseball team, and everyone was well behaved.

Very pleased with my room! Quiet, clean, and comfortable. Staff were very nice and helpful. For my next trip to Columbus, I will definitely plan on staying here.

The Staffing was super helpful and nice. Very clean rooms and very nice hotel.

The room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the shower didn't have much pressure but everything else was nice.
