We stayed for two days and were very comfortable; everything was perfect. The service and facilities were excellent. Highly recommended, we'll be back.

The staff was good. The room was cleaned but too noisy from the heater. Also the ventilation fan in the toilet also noisy. Some light bulbs in the room were malfunction. Breakfast were ok. The front part-rooms of the hotel had no views at all. The back side room had better views. There were street free parking 50 meters from the hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful :) Tortella is a quaint town surrounded by beautiful nature and Hotel Alta Garroxta is a great jumping off point!

Great hotel in a charming village. We were really surprised by the quality of their breakfast with local products, way beyond anyone's expectations. Bring ear plugs if the church bells announcing the time every 15min could potentially influence your sleep.

Nice little rooms A/C doesn’t work very well but cools down at night . Great location really nice small town amazing Deli shop amazing meats ! Would definitely come back close to a lot of attractions but not a lot of tourist which was nice

There is a lift which is perfect for people with mobility issues. The beds are not memory foam which is a plus in the heat of summer. The chef Martin is amazing. We have recommended the hotel to our family.
