Sheraton Daqing Hotel

This is my second time here. This time it’s time to decorate for Christmas. The Christmas tree in the lobby is very atmospheric. I like it.

I knew from the reviews that the hotel facilities were old, so I was ready. But I didn’t expect that the hygiene was also very poor. When I first checked in, I saw stains on the table that couldn’t be wiped off with paper towels. When I entered the bathroom, the lights were dim and I didn’t pay attention. When I slipped, something fell on the floor. beach water. It was so disgusting that I almost fell down. The big bed was two twin beds put together. There is no security guard at the entrance of such a big hotel, and you have to pick up takeaways. You can't see any service staff. It's really amazing. How do you rate this kind of star? Is there no place to complain?

I went to Daqing with my 11-year-old son to visit relatives. I chose to stay at the only five-star hotel in Daqing. There was no dedicated parking space, no security, and no active concierge. The room I was given was in name only. There was a door in the middle of the room next door. I don’t know what the design was. Harbin Jiangbei Jiahua has this. There is a room type, but it is a family room. On the first night, there were no guests staying next door. On the second night, guests were arranged at 2:30 in the morning. People came in from next door and woke me up the moment the sound was just like in my room. Three or four people were noisy. I called the front desk and he said he could change my room. I wanted to ask the front desk what you think. There is almost no soundproofing in this room. If there are vacancies, why don't you arrange other rooms for new guests? I have a five-year-old child in the early hours of the morning. I was woken up at 2:30 and I had to pack my luggage and take the kids to change rooms? This experience was so bad that I really wanted to curse. I called the next day and said that I could extend my stay next door. I had no choice but to change the room. As you all know, you have to pack a lot of things when you go out with your children. It’s very annoying and I’m speechless about the hotel’s arrangements. What's more, the breakfast is also very average. They don't ask the guests what they want to order before taking the meal. The meal is taken away ten minutes in advance.

1、房間面積與實際不符。攜程網上標明我們訂的房間是46平方（見圖1），進入房間發現完全不符，酒店前台呂先生説該房間是36平方。這完全是欺騙行為。當我們提出質疑時，酒店方竟然説可以給我們免費退房，這是退房就能解決的問題嗎？ 2、管理混亂。電視頻道表（見圖2）與實際不符，31頻道是東方衞視，但頻道表上寫的是34，這麼簡單的事都做不好可見這個酒店管理有多麼的混亂。 3、提供的衞生用品差。我們住五星級酒店圖的是安心、衞生，這個酒店提供的衞生紙是沒有外包裝的（圖3），我們付了700多元一晚的錢，該五星酒店卻提供的是招待所才提供衞生紙、太令人失望了。 4、性價比太低，建議其他客人謹慎選擇該酒店。

房間很大， 衞生環境沒挑，設施齊全，妥妥五星。客房和前台服務業沒的説，都很人性化服務，能夠讓客人感到被服務的感覺，值得點贊。外觀大廳都很氣派，窗外景色也很開闊明朗，感覺大氣。緊鄰萬達廣場，吃飯，看電影，購物，幾乎盡在這裏玩啦。當然，到酒店游泳池游泳，也是必不可少的人選項。孩子玩的也很高興。臨走哪天，去鐵人廣場。

酒店服務人員各方面都很熱情。 泳池應該是承包給第三方了，有個教練教孩子游泳，一看到其他住店客人來游泳就有莫名其妙的情緒，差評。 服務設施建的比較好，但維護的比較一般。

酒店中規中矩，很乾凈，很大，挨着萬達廣場，晚上附近很熱鬧，交通很方便，來大慶的話，這個酒店是個好選擇。
