Thank you so much to all the staff in Double Tree you made my family holiday an amazing experience.Your service is spot on. I have travelled and stayed in hotels around the world but I never met staff who showed so much willingness to make customers enjoy their stay. Our apartment was spacious and kept clean all the time, for breakfast we were spoiled for choice and thanks to an amazing “certified waitographer who helped is with a family photo every morning, its a pity I cant remember her name but if she sees the attached photo she will remember us. The ever smiling Jenny at reception welcomed us and made us feel at home immediately. Thanks to all the team, in the dinning room your job is difficult but you all kept wonderful smiles. A great comfortable stay with excellent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Even though we booked 2 rooms for 4 nights , early checkin was an issue though and we had to wait from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm in the hotel lobby to get a room while we were dead tired from our long flight from Amsterdam. Atleast guests waiting should be offered a shower and a drink /lunch if rooms are not available for early checkin. Rest of the stay excellent as per Crown plaza standards 👌. We definitely would recommend the hotel to stay again in Dubai.

When i arrived at the reception I was quickly greeted and checked in. The staff were very friendly znd gave me information to my questions. Anoop was very helpful in getting me transportation. At the Grandstand Celso and Jane was very friendly in providing service. At the Pastry shop, Nurjan was always with a smile and came quickly to assist. The most facinating part was that Celso will pour my favirite drink as soon as i came in. This is all about knowing your customers. This was My first trip and i have wondeful memories at your hotel. I commend the management in hiring great talent. Thank you PS If there was 10 stars, they all deserve it

The location was situated within walking distance of the metro, so that was appreciated. It was in a nice area that did not feel touristy at all, but still with lots of solid restaurant and cafe options. The service was fantastic and everyone was quite friendly. I arrived very early in the morning and while they did not have my room ready (which is totally understandable), they provided me with some tea and breakfast while I waited for the room to be serviced. The front desk receptionist also provided me with a public transportation card as well! Overall it was an excellent experience and a great value if you are looking to stay for somewhere a bit cheaper in Dubai.

Hotel location and service are very good, but the facilities, health and breakfast are very general. When booking, Chinese is written in two beds, but there are discrepancies with English. Because there are two colleagues living, there is no way to add AED400 to a suite. Fortunately, the hotel gave a room with two beds on the second day, otherwise it would cost a lot, and the overall feeling was not too satisfactory.

Location was perfect, right next to a transfer line and close to the airport. I didn’t expect much from this hotel as the price was relatively low, however I did expect the room to be clean. There were bunched hairs from who I’d assume to be the previous client. There were also black spots everywhere in the bathroom walls, coupled with a stale odour. I didn’t feel clean the entire time staying there. Despite this, the room was spacious. The reception’s attitude, although polite (I say this subjectively), was utterly useless. My replies were all “no sir”, one of my questions being “is there anything to eat around here”. A lady at the bell service was extremely helpful, probably sensing my distress as a traveller who’s just arrived - she directed me to go to the street just behind the hotel. I managed to thank her personally as I left. There was also a kind, Filipino lady who was really helpful with transportation. Thank you two for making my stay more pleasant! Unfortunately due to the poor service and unclean environment I wasn’t too eager to explore the other facilities.

I had an amazing one night stay at the QE2 - as a Brit now living in Austrália the QE2 has a special place in my heart - never as a Cunard ship could I have afforded travelling to New York - now I could and the ship is sparkling - the renovation is fantastic throwing you back to the heyday of her life - the service was fantastic the food and drink authentic and worth the stay! My wife says I better come back with her

I must say that for a price of around ₹6,000/- (AED 270) per night during the peak season, this hotel is a very value for money proposition. We stayed there from 26th November to 1st December 2022 which is within the peak season of tourism in Dubai. Unlike some other reviews, we found the service of the hotel to be very nice. Every time we had a concern, the hotel staff were prompt in resolving them. The amenities inside each room include a washing machine; ironing board; hair dryer; bath tub; kitchenette (with crockery, cutlery, microwave oven, induction burners, electric kettle and an exhaust chimney) and room temperature control. There’s buffet breakfast which was decent enough. There’s also a swimming pool and gym but we didn’t have time for those. Tip: if you are there with a large group of 8 or more people, I suggest you avail their cab service. There’s this one driver named ‘Faisal’ who drives a Toyota HiAce and was very helpful throughout our trip. Also, the car was very comfortable, spacious and much more cost effective than hiring two taxis.
