Very convenient location and beautiful room, the staff did their best to accommodate us after there was a mistake in the booking system.

The hotel is nice, good location, my room was same at the pictures, looked good, good shower, good bed and good value for price, I recommend. Then only thing I didn’t like was the service given by the people who manage the hotel. I asked them to help me to plan how to get to the train station and the o my thing they was saying that I had to go to the street and wait for a taxi, no more information and any help being in mind that we are in China and for a foreign it’s hard to even take a bus or a taxi. In other hotels in China they helped me a lot, not this case, they should improve their customer care service and smile a little bit more.

Good room and close to center of tourist area

The location is convenient, just a 2-minute walk from Hongqiao Bridge. The B&B is very unique. The boss is very nice and recommended travel tips. I will recommend it to my friends next time.

Good hotel. Clean and in a very good location. Very close to the center of the old town, but on a quiet street so I was able to sleep well. Also a wonderfully soft bed! The best bed I had during my trip to China. I would definitely stay here again if I come back.

It is very close to the Hongqiao attractions and the bus to the high-speed rail station is also nearby. Because there are few customers, the central air conditioning is not turned on. I believe that if the weather gets colder, it will be turned on. The front desk service is very good. This is the off-season. Very good value for money.

The room is cozy, the air conditioning heats well. Buses are parked 300 meters from the hotel for 7 yuan and can take you to the station, so there is no need for a taxi. The stay was good, but there are some nuances: the shower is small and combined with a toilet. And to wash, you need to take out all your things, towels and toilet paper, otherwise they will be wet.

The cooked parent-child room is called Ziqing, and everything except the toilet is small.

I arrived early, checked in early, put down my luggage and walked to Hongqiao, which only took one to two minutes. The parent-child room has two large beds, one of which is a tatami. I don’t have to worry about my baby falling off the bed, and I can sleep soundly!

Environment: Living on the top and fourth floor of the B&B, it is quiet and comfortable. Surprisingly, there is an open-air balcony where you can drink coffee and dry clothes. Service: Every day, the little sister waits for us to get up late to clean up. She is very responsible. The boss is also very enthusiastic and introduces various attractions which are more cost-effective. Facilities: The water heater in the bath needs to be improved, and the water in the bath became cold halfway. You need to wait for the water to boil before washing again.

The house is comfortable, clean, and the service is friendly. The guy at the front desk also helped us carry our luggage and find a place to park.

I have been to Fenghuang Ancient Town several times, and this time I had a very comfortable stay. The B&B is located near Hongqiao in the ancient town, very quiet. The front desk was very enthusiastic and introduced us to the tour route of the ancient town.

The room matched the picture and the location was easy to find. According to the route provided by the boss, take the shuttle bus Line 1 from the high-speed rail station and get off at the terminal, then walk for 4 or 5 minutes. The navigation is very accurate. Because the schedule has changed, I contacted the boss to make adjus**ents. Thank you very much! The first day I moved in happened to be Mother's Day. I ordered flowers for two mothers, and the boss also helped sign for the delivery. The service was great. High cost performance and highly recommended.
