Beautiful riad hotel in the Medina. Lovely decorations and staff. WiFi was quite slow.

Tucked away in the labyrinth alleys of the Medina, Riad Algila transports one into a world of tranquility & elegance. The riad's meticulously adorned courtyard with gentle tricking of water from the fountain, swaying green trees and intricate tile work serves as a peaceful sanctuary from the bustling city outside. Our 2 day stay was nothing short of enchanting. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, adorned with traditional Moroccan decor with modern amenities, provided a luxurious retreat after a day of exploration. The staff always attentive with insightful recommendations, made all the difference to our stay. Riad Algila truly embodies the essence of Moroccan hospitality offering a respite of calm and beauty amidst the vibrant tapestry of Fes.

I loved everything, no negatives. The location is perfect, a 5-minute walk from the gate, which can be reached by taxi. There's a shop around the corner. The tanneries are 15 minutes away, and the Blue Gate is also 15 minutes away. The breakfast was perfect with a gorgeous view from the rooftop! Thank you!

We spent nine wonderful nights in this charming riad in the heart of the Medina of Fes, and our experience was truly memorable. The location of Riad Algilà is excellent—tucked away in heart of the Medina yet just a short 5-minute walk from Place Batha and nearby parking areas, which made our stay both convenient and stress-free. Our room, Radia, was spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. It offered a comfortable and peaceful retreat after long days exploring Fes, Meknes and Volubilis. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast, freshly prepared and served with great care. A special thank you goes to Yusuf and Hassan, whose attentive and friendly service made every breakfast a pleasure. The staff overall were outstanding—responsive, efficient, and always ready to help. We especially appreciated the professionalism of Khadijah and Sirham at the administrative level, who ensured everything ran smoothly. A highlight of our stay was the exceptional cuisine. Chef Amal is truly fantastic—her specially prepared traditional Rfissa was unforgettable and one of the culinary highlights of our trip. We highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting Fes. It combines an ideal location, comfort, and warm Moroccan hospitality in the best possible way.

Riad is a beautiful experience and place to stay. Authentic Moroccan Riad in the heart of the Medina (old town). The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and delightful. Hassan and Yossef took care of us like we were welcomed members of their family. The hotel arranged tour of the Medina was an outstanding, knowledgeable, memorable experience of markets, shops, crafts, food, and history as we wound our way through countless alleyways and notable city features. The rooms are comfortable, traditional, exquisite. I highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing place if you are looking for an authentic stay in Fes. Excellent services with incredibly nice traditional rooms. Also I have to mention Hasan and Yusuf one of the nicest staff you will meet in Morocco. Very helpful and they will do everything to make your stay unforgettable!

Beautiful quiet property in the perfect location, close to everything. The staff are amazing and helpful in every single way possible. The rooms feel luxurious and the breakfast is amazing.

What a beautiful place! The room we stayed in was clean, spacious, and like something out of a history book. Our hosts Khadju and Hassan couldn’t have been more welcoming or nicer. Their hospitality went above and beyond with afternoon tea, fresh breakfast every morning, and a special meal for my husband who wasn’t feeling well. Also, the riad is located within walking distance of everything to see. Definitely recommend!
