Atendimento excelente, café 10 e ainda fez uma surpresa aniversário 🎂 🎂 🎂 da minha filha superou minhas expectativas.

El hotel está ubicado en el centro, cerca de la terminal de buses, la habitación es cómoda y limpia, hay cerca varios lugares para salir a comer, la atención fue muy buena.

Acomodação limpa, organizada, condizente com o anúncio. Funcionários educados, solícitos. Hotel de ótima qualidade e bem localizado. Pretendo retornar sim.

Quite OK place. Friendly people, ok breakfast, nice pool. No luxury, but comfortable enough. Very good location in the centre of town, with all kinds of restaurants and bars around. No view.

Ok property, toilet handle was not working for a couple of days but for the price it was fine.

The stay got off to a rocky start--no one showed up to pick me up at the airport (I had been in contact with reception about the pick up the day before my arrival, but I never received a solid confirmation). I called the hotel many times from the airport but in transferring me to find someone who spoke Spanish or English, the call was repeatedly dropped (more than 10 times). After a frustrating hour or so at the airport, I was instructed to take a taxi to the hotel. The guy checking me in apologized for the mistake but that was it. Best part of the hotel was the travel agent, who was super nice, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Otherwise the stay was uneventful: room was small but ok, breakfast was standard Brazilian food.

We stayed here because the hotel had a very high rating. It certainly lived up to it's expectation. Everything and everyone were very good. I have to mention the breakfast. We had been on holiday for 4 weeks in Brazil and Argentina and the breakfast here was the best - the quality and standard was superb.

The room was nice, the price was good, and the breakfast was excellent. My only complaint is that, for the first night, we could only get very warm or hot water. The outside temperature was 40°C, so we wanted a cool shower before bed.

Desde o momento do check in até a saída, foi tudo perfeito: a limpeza, a organização, as piscinas, o ar condicionado, o café da manhã, a gentileza dos colaboradores. Tudo nota 10!

Hotel muito bom, limpo e com funcionários excelentes. Café da manhã muito bom, embora pudesse variar um pouco os itens oferecidos. Localização excelente. Piscinas excelentes. Sugeriria apenas, novamente, a substituição das tomadas dos apartamentos, que são do modelo antigo, de dois pinos, por novas, do padrão atual, pois alguns aparelhos, como notebooks, por exemplo, precisam de adaptador, não fornecido pelo hotel. Outra coisa muito importante seria a substituição dos cofres dos apartamentos, totalmente ultrapassados e pequenos, por cofres mais modernos eletrônicos, com capacidade para notebook.

Vale muito a pena pagar a mais para fiquei nesse muito bom hotel. Somente ruim foi wi-fi que não funcionou por algumas horas na mudança de diária. Atendimento, café da manhã, quarto, banheiro, piscina e três jacuzzi de água quente e outros muito bom.
