MM299018****It was my first time in Keke, and I chose this one among many hotels and B&Bs. It exceeded my expectations. There were some misunderstandings upon arrival, but they were handled promptly and with great service. Every day of our four-day stay, the hotel's pickup truck was always available to pick us up at the ski resort. It felt more like a dedicated team, not just a staff member. Everyone wore walkie-talkies and was always on hand to coordinate and assist with any needs. We went to town for dinner every day, and they were also available to pick us up, eliminating any transportation concerns. The room was clean and tidy, with a constant temperature, and the view of the snow-capped mountains was just outside the window. The breakfast wasn't very varied, but it was very comfortable! I'll definitely choose this one in Keke again. I'd also like to mention that the hotel's handsome snowboard instructor skied with us for a free day, took us to Little Wolf King, and was always waiting for us. Thank you so much! The staff felt like friends, making our trip to Keke a truly enjoyable one!

I was a little lonely when I was traveling alone, but I was warmed up from the moment I walked in! The boss was very enthusiastic and upgraded my room for free! I was shocked when I opened the door - it's so spacious! It has a bathtub, smart toilet, Bose speakers, and the decoration is very stylish. Because it was off-season, my car drove directly into the yard and parked at the door of the room. It felt like home.
I especially want to praise the boss's cooking skills! In the evening, they stewed lamb chops, and they specially served me a big piece because I was alone! The lamb was stewed so well, the soup was fresh and the meat was tender, and it was so fragrant that I was confused after taking a bite! After eating and drinking, the boss played guitar and sang, and everyone drank and chatted together. I was worried that I would be bored alone, but it turned out to be more fun than a group tour!
Their dog is also very cute, named Latte, and he is very clingy and well-behaved.
The next day, I slept until I woke up naturally, and the breakfast was also very attentive - freshly baked bread, fried eggs, sausages, hot milk, simple but very comfortable. Moreover, there were few people in the off-season, and the boss did not urge me to check out at all, allowing me to sleep peacefully until 4 pm. This treatment was too good!
This B&B is definitely the most humane I have ever stayed in! The boss and the housekeeper are very real, the service is considerate and not deliberate, staying here is not like staying in a hotel, but like visiting a friend's home. I strongly recommend it to all friends who want to find a warm accommodation, it is definitely worth the price! I will come here to ski again in winter, and I will definitely stay here again!

MMichaelChanThe hotel is ideally located and conveniently connected to the ski resort in the centre of town. The bus was so convenient to sit outside the door, the room was spotless and the smart toilet was warm and especially sweet. Bottom line, brag about a waterfall shower. Getting back from skiing for a hot bath is super stress-relieving! The boss and the waiter were so enthusiastic that they would offer to help plan the route. The waiter even helped clean the skis. The most wonderful thing is lying in bed can see Rizhao Jinshan, mobile phone casually shoot postcards! Take a photo after clocking in, and what is more touching is the free laundry service in the laundry room -- dirty clothes are handed over to the cleaning lady. The next day was stunning and sent back to the room. Skied for seven days without worrying about changing the wash. Breakfast was so good that it wasn't repeated every day. Pastries, fruits, hot and cold vegetables, tomato and egg noodles were a huge favorite. Madness to all friends!

The hotel is in a good location, 300 meters away from the No. 3 mine. The parent-child room we stayed in was spacious, and the snow-capped mountains were visible from the window. The hotel has a good price-performance ratio. The hotel's cancellation policy is very friendly, and it is very convenient for us to adjust our itinerary. The waiter Alin and the housekeeper Buli provide excellent service. The hotel restaurant is a major feature. In such a remote mountain town, there are authentic Cantonese cuisine, which is deeply loved by children. There are many types of breakfast, taking into account the tastes of China, the West, the South and the North. My child doesn't want to go downstairs for breakfast, so I take some breakfast upstairs every day. The noodle stall chef Wen is very considerate and helps me arrange it. The other service staff are also good and the communication is smooth. The hotel's small robot often helps deliver things to the door of the room, which is very convenient. If there is a slight need for improvement, it is that the floor heating is a bit hot and can't be lowered. We have to open the window to cool down every day. The room features one-touch smart home controls (curtains, lighting, etc.), a fully automatic TOTO bathroom, a Dyson hair dryer, and a custom King Koil mattress—you won't want to get up from it! The room also has a hot spring bath, the only one in Keketuohai. Even the aromatherapy diffuser is custom-made—the hardware is truly ”the ceiling of luxury” and completely overturned my perception of high-end hotels!

Check-in was a breeze at the front desk in just 3 minutes, with a smiling butler guiding you throughout the entire process. Room service is available 24/7. This kind of proactive service is truly a benchmark in high-end hotels!

EEgomayi_Xinjiang is too big, and it took a whole day to get to Keketuohai to see the Gongxun Mine. The environment of the summer resort is simply amazing, clean and comfortable, decorated like home, the quilt is super soft and the bed is super big. There is a large field at the door, which is very beautiful under the sunset, and I also caught up with a flock of sheep passing by. The boss lady is very nice and helped me book a car and arrange the itinerary. Her son is very cute and talkative. If you go, remember to play badminton with him for a while~ Recommended!
