房東熱情，及時回覆，房間性價比超高，商場就在隔壁很近，吃飯的地方也很多，附近交通便利，公交，地鐵應有盡有，正對面就是福州南站，來福州這邊可以説是值得住的地方，方便快捷！

我今年已經在這家酒店入住了四次，每次體驗都很滿意。房間乾淨整潔，衞生狀況很好。酒店地理位置非常方便，距離火車南站和地鐵站都很近，出行毫無壓力。樓下就是大型商場和多家餐廳，吃飯、購物都很方便，生活非常便利。老闆為人熱情友好，服務態度很好，讓人感覺賓至如歸。總體來説，這是一家性價比很高的酒店，以後還會繼續選擇入住。

A room really nice we change once for extend our stay. The service are really perfect and the place is really convenient. The man who take care of us are really available for us anytime. It was a really pleasure to stay there
