Service: Very welcoming and thoughtful, they even had my name displayed on the TV when I checked in. Environment: Close to the beach, with a 180-degree sea view from the room.

To start off they used my card and took $100 to hold, I’ve been here before and they only held $50, also we asked for more bath towels and no one brought them, then we were gone all done didn’t return until 3am the next day and we came back to our room looking like it had been ransacked. Nothing was missing, but someone had been in the room going through our belongings. Upon us checking out another charge was taken from my card for so called self parking. $21 a day. That’s something no one ever spoke about. All together it was a bad trip

We were extremely pleased. The entire visit was great. The only issue I didn't wake up to coffee. We truly love the hotel. Service was professional.

It was a awesome room

Construction going on,didnt let us know.pool was closed no hot tub working.maintanance didnt let us know.only 2 towels in room never had less than 3 anywhere.fire alarm went off 11:00 at night.but they did comp our parking.they charge 16 dollars to park yourself.

Very good and convenient location

Facilities: very old. The quilt feathers are floating all over the room Hygiene: average Environment: Very good, just across the road from the seaside, with all kinds of shops around Service: I left a charging device in the room in the morning and couldn't find it in the afternoon. Makes people feel insecure.
