Quiet, comfortable room and bed. Check in was great. Check out had no one staffing the desk, so i just left my keys

Everything looks nice in the room besides one thing. The swimming pool inside the hotel needs to be cleaner and more taken care of.

Heat in room did not work. Desk receptionist acknowledged guests were complaining but did not offer help or assistance.

Hotel was great. Someone did smoke in our non-smoking room and they were unfortunately sold out but it was fine, we were able to open the windows. It was quite noisy as the hotel is right by a major roadway. Room was clean, staff was friendly.

Bathroom was not clean and bedding did not seem to be new/changed. Very loud, sounded like people running late into night and furniture moving

There are a couple of issues. First, the options for breakfast are very limited and the food is not that good compared to the same hotel chain at other locations. Second, the shampoo and conditioner bottles are empty when we moved in. Even after requesting for refill multiple times, the housekeeping didn't do anything. We ended up getting a few sample conditioner from the front desk. Lastly, the air conditioner is loud and noisy. Compared to other issues, this is somewhat acceptable. Overall, I feel the stay experience at this location is subpar.

Needs lots of attention. Carpet in rooms was way overdue to be cleaned. Tiles all lifted and loose in room. Would not recommend staying on the backside of the hotel on the second floor- literally right on the road. Two treadmills in exercise room- neither working. Stay at Hamptons often- this one is sadly not up to standard. Great location and truly wouldn’t take much to improve.

Very thin walls and ceilings, noisy kids hollering and running around till 11 pm. Breakfast not very good.

We stayed 2 nights at the Hampton Inn in Glenwood Springs, and were very happy with everything! It is clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and happy, and the free breakfast is great! Waffles, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, cereal, rolls, yogurt, fruit and more! We will stay here again!

It was a very nice and clean property. The beds are always comfortable at Hampton Inns. I love their pillow selection. Great stay.

This property could have been better. The recipe for success was there, just missing some main ingredients. The beds were awful. Although clean, the matresses, if I were to guess, were from the hotel matress wars from 15 years ago. You rolled to the middle of them. They need replaced. The pillows were just as terrible. Offered in room complimentary hair and body soap but just another hotel that does not fill them to actually use. The body soap was full! Shampoo, just enough for one female to shower and zero conditioner. Tables, chairs and couch were actually comfy and well placed in the room. Lighting was nice. The air conditioner worked well too. The blackout shades were nice. Room had some stains on the walls near trash cans and light switches had not been wiped down. The bed's box spring cover sheets do not get changed often from the looks of it. Overall quiet hotel. We were located second floor by a stairwell. Pool was green. Hot tub was passable. We did not use either one, which was a bummer to our 11 and 13 year old. Breakfast was great! The attendant was friendly and it was plentiful including a belgium waffle maker. The attendant kept it clean and full. We were down to enjoy about 8:45 to 9:30. Parking was super easy and the entrance and exit to the hotel was convenient.

The hotel is conveniently located. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast provided a good selection of hot and cold items and all selections were continually available. The staff was diligent to being sure that nothing ran out. Very nice to see! The hotel was very clean, both the rooms and the public areas. The carpeting and the bathroom vanity in our room were showing "wear", but were kept clean, so this is just a note on "appearance. We would recommend staying here.

The HVAC was old and very noisy; the room was close to noisy streets. The staff were not helpful in relocating us to a room away from the street although they promised to do that as soon as one room was cleaned.

Hotel was overall … fine… but run down and needing repairs here and there
