White Mountain Hotel and Resort Reviews

The property was clean, the room was nice, the bar area was really quiet and a nice place to sit and just hang and talk and the bartender was extremely friendly. The room as I said was nice, clean, liked that they had robes and slippers, but the only complaint I have, which may seem petty, but it really bothered us, was that you had to get out of bed to shut off the lights. It may seem like a small thing, but if you’re all tucked in and comfy, reading or whatever and done, you have to get out of bed to shut off the lamp because the shut off switch is too high. The other thing, the service at breakfast wasn’t so friendly, all the staff seemed annoyed, like they didn’t want to be there.

My husband and I stay here once or twice a year. This trip was for my birthday. The hotel is amazing!

Our stay was great. The rooms are pretty amazing. Beds are great. Great showers. Pool and hot tub are warm and hot. The game room could use better games and ones that work. Food was good at the tavern. This was our third time stay and will be back.

Staff very nice Restaurant we had soup for dinner was cold Breakfast they gave us the wrong food Walls are very thin could hear allot especially someone getting sick all night . Things happen but overall it was A very nice place to stay .

It is real nice comfortable place to stay. Very clean rooms and warm. The pantry for coffee and tea. Is wonderful idea.

The resort is very well maintained, spot clean and newly renovated. The restaurant has many options and the breakfast was complimentary. We didn’t use the outside heated pool but it was open. As commonly in this area, when the hot water was used in multiple locations, the temperature wasn’t high enough for a shower. Other than that, we will definitely return.

The resort is nicely located with great Mountain View’s. It was neat and clean and the pool and hot tub were well maintained. Very good restaurant and lively bar!

Loved the property and the dining room. The beds were not too comfortable and the sheets felt and sounded like sandpaper. There is very little sound proofing, so it was rather loud all night both nights. Otherwise, it is a lovely place. Love the coffee/water areas in each floor and the lobby in the morning was very cozy with a cup of coffee.

Very nice, clean and relaxing. Room was well appointed, comfortable and clean. Great bathroom with an excellent shower. The Ledges Restaurant was excellent all around. Joe our waiter was superb, food was delicious. Amenities are nice. The pool was heated and the temperature was perfect, the hot tub could use a bit of repair but still a positive experience and the sauna and fitness room were all lovely. An over all pleasant stay. We will return.

Had an amazing stay at the White Mountain Hotel. Beautiful room with a mountain view and the food was delicious. The hotel was recommended by our son who has stayed there with his family and it did not disappoint!

This is an outstanding place that makes great use of its beautiful natural setting. It’s a 24-hour pleasure: delicious meals, friendly service, nice amenities and activities like the pool and pickle ball, clear maps of nearby hiking trails, and comfortable beds and rooms to recharge in.
