The hotel is located in a coffee and pepper plantation. The environment is very quiet and beautiful. Some villa buildings have been built around the central lake. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel, 2 of which are open-air, ventilated on all sides, and a bit cool at night. Dinner starts at 20:00. There is a free guided tour of the plantation at 17:30 every day, and I learned a lot. Unfortunately, there are more mosquitoes after 16:00, and visiting the park at 17:30 gives mosquitoes a good meal. If you visit the park earlier in the morning or afternoon, you can avoid the mosquito problem. The hardware in the room is okay, but the design of the bathroom and toilet is very unreasonable. You have to go through the shower room to enter the toilet. After taking a shower, water leaked into the toilet floor and it was very slippery. If the shower room and toilet doors are separated side by side, it will be solved. question. Hygiene is okay, the pillow space cotton is relatively cheap and does not match the hotel price level.

1. Nice property, situated in between coffee plantation with scenic view. 2. Great food at multi cuisine restaurant. 3. Nature walk in the evening was very good. 4. Rooms were well maintained and check in/out process was smooth. 5. Hospitality of staff was good. They helped us in all aspects.

The property is located approximately 2 km from main road and it's quite amazing. The food is good. The rooms are quite big and spacious. But the service is quite slow due to full occupancy in the weekend.

Overall very nice property.. Staff is very polite and understand what the guests need.. Rooms are very spacious .. Food is awesome.. Chefs are eager to serve you what you ask... Didn't use the SPA.. so no comments.. I am sure , that will also be good.. Picked garden produced Black pepper and Cloves..

Very bad experience despite paying so much. TV web connection not working. Sockets not working. No customer request accommodated. Bad behaviour of people at reception and reservations. They do not know how to treat customers. All amenities close at 8 pm.

Had an average experience and for the amount what we paid seems is not taken care. In pure veg restaurant service person is very less to handle guests. No supervisor. It seem food is served for charity, no proper flow of arrangements when meals are served. Main door of suite security latches are missing. Lights on the passage are not rectified even after several request. The property tariff is not up to the service it should be. Guests request are not bothered. Ice creams are not available when it’s reordered, they say stock is over. How can a big resort can reply to their guest like this. They are there to serve guest but here it seem after receiving money they avoid guests.

We had a wonderful stay at teak suite at rosette by ferns. The food is superb..Special mention to chef Rakesh Kumar at Amish Kitchen..the set menu was very well curated, presented and excellent in taste. The kids play are was nice and big. Sendy at the kids play area took very good care of kids.She was very soft and calm amd kids loved spending time with her at the play area. The staff at the back end played a very big role in making the stay wonderful. The staff at the restaurants lacked energy and were busy talking to themselves. They would help but only on call. The staff should have been little pro active.

Being close to Bangalore has it’s advantages & disadvantages.. the resort is likely to be full on weekends & they do not have the manpower to handle the crowd. The first answer to any request is a “No” .. we are full” The rooms are located at a significant distance from the lobby, restaurant & activity centre & getting transport is a real nightmare. The resort is priced very steeply but the services offered do not match the pricing. It’s a beautiful resort with good rooms but the services are not up to the mark. Also, the food, especially the non vegetarian menu is very limited. This is my 3rd visit to the property but I may not come back here again

Everything is fine but the mandatory food for buffet and back to back lunch for RCI members requires reconsideration. Option of selecting dinner will give more enjoyment of food served. For dinner there is limited choice for vegetarians.

The resort is nestled amidst forest and coffee plantations, offering numerous amenities and plenty of walking space. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the resort on foot, though buggy rides are available for getting around. Our three-day stay was amazing, with excellent hospitality from the staff. The food variety is impressive, though the cocktails and beverages were not as good. While the buffet offers a wide selection, we highly recommend trying the a la carte menu at the Merchants of Spice restaurant, which serves some excellent dishes. On the downside, bathroom cleanliness could be improved. The open shower design allows many insects to get in, and our bathroom was not cleaned properly during room service. Despite this, our stay was very enjoyable, and I would love to visit again.

Great surroundings, very good food, well appointed and spacious rooms. And above all, exemplary service! Very responsive staff.. Look forward to visiting again, also their other properties. By far the best experience at any hotel/resort in India!

Very good stay enjoyed very well 1) very natural as its in between plantation 2) food is very good with very wide variety of buffet spread 3 ) games are also there and 4) kids zone first time i saw in a resort 5) Rooms are good with hot water available any time

The property is stunning to look at. The 100 acre sprawling estate is lush green and very well laid out. However that's where the good news ends. Rooms: spacious but tired. I saw two lizards crawling around. The first night it rained and the water from the outdoor shower flowed into the indoor shower. Luckily it didn't come into the rest of the bathroom or the room. Light switches are randomly located. For example the night light switch is outside the room. The mechanism to soften / slow the bathroom door closing does not work. If you get up to use the washroom at night, the door slams and wakes everyone up. The pool water is always cloudy. I would have lived with all this. However as a small family of 3 the service was the pitts. Everyone is only interested in catering to the large groups. We had to wait for hours to get served and were sometimes outright refused service. Luckily I was carrying plenty of food and water to survive my stay. The buggy drivers are perpetually looking at their phone and driving. So it's up to you to jump out of their way.

Very good property in the lap of nature, spacious and clean rooms. Staff could have been a bot more courteous and the vegetarian food menu needs to be improved especially the starters. The other facilities were good abd concept of three restaurants as well but again the menu lacks innovation and is not enough.
