Very clean and bright. I felt very comfortable staying there as a single female. Breakfast included is a plus. Good price point.

First, to get into the parking lot entrance is sometimes closed off. I’m not sure why they block the one entrance. Second, the connection rooms which I was in not by choice was so thin that I heard everything that the people were talking through our door! I clearly heard their whole conversation clearly. They need to insulate better. I’ve never been to a hotel that the walls were that thin! Third, the guests one floor up was jumping all hours of the night. We were there for a tournament and felt like they were going to come through the ceiling. We did not get a good night sleep. Fourth, the house keeping one day came so late when we came back to room at 4 and when I asked to come back said we were leaving at 4:30 they said it was too late! The next day, they knocked on the door at 10 am n I asked to come back at 1. When we returned at 3:30 it was not cleaned. We had to shower n rest before leaving 5. They said they were going to be gone again! So we got towels for 2 days in a row! Fifth, the breakfast waffle machine was broken our whole stay. Lastly, I asked for late checkout. The front desk said they would charge $40 extra if I wanted until 1 pm. We travel often and other places do give late checkout 1 without a fee. If late like 3 or 4pm try sometimes charge!

Location is right off the high way so that’s a plus. Easy to find. Our room was facing the cantina so we can hear music and loud bass thru the night.

Fantastic location, all the infrastructure brand new. Breakfast was great. Beds were super comfortable. The only thing I would say, shampoo and handwash could be a little lower so children of all ages could make use of them independently, but other than that, its the second time we stay there and its always been a wonderful service.

Traffic! Not from this area and was unable to travel to where I wanted to eat. The Mexican restaurant across the parking was great and food was good. Now I need to hit I-10 to get home. Hotel stay was great!!

Very nice hotel everything is clean and location is pretty close to shopping and restaurants. Can get little noisy because it’s near the interchange with the tollway

The only concern I have is the parking here, besides that everything else was great.

Parking lot felt safe because it was well-lit, visible from highway, and there was a security guard. Hotel was clean and not overly scented. Front desk staff was friendly. Room was clean, spacious shower area with doors that slid both ways (some hotels install it in the wrong order), love that the toiletries are in bulk bottles instead of disposable tiny ones to reduce waste, bathroom clean, bed very comfy - pillows are soft. VERY GOOD LIGHTING in room. Room was facing highway so there's noise as to be expected but not a complaint.

A little expensive for the stay. The breakfast could have been better.

The only downside was our linens looked dirty. Close inspection revealed stains. Never a welcome thing. Hopefully these sheets were thrown out after reported.

Jose at the front desk was very professional and kind. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast variety was good as well. The lobby is spacious, the facility was clean and I felt safe parking my car out front. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. Overall pleased with the experience.

It was really clean has lots of room especially in bathroom which I like the most spacious and water pressure was excellent.Also like the safe good size and easy to work . But the bed was by far the most comfortable.
