A pretty big resort with quite a lot of facilities, enjoying the time off and quiet place, enjoying the birds singing in the morning. Even though the lake in front of us was dry due to some maintainable work, still a good place to recommend

Great location and spacious rooms. Lovely pool. Staff can be a little more helpful and maybe explain the activities and locations of the amenities available. Breakfast can be better. All in all a good place for a quiet family holiday with lots for the kids to do. Avoid the “beach” after 4pm on the riverside.

We were lucky to be upgraded to a suite since we booked 2 rooms. Unfortunately, the amenities and the breakfast were not up to the Sheraton standards. The swimming pool was very old, the lights inside the swimming pool were not fixed and could provoke serious hazards. We asked for some drinking water at the pool and were told to go to the reception desk to get it. The breakfast was so so, blend vegetables and raw bacon were served.

It was my first time in this resort and I enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the area was nice and quiet (perfect if you want to get away for some peace and quiet), and my room was lovely. My only draw back was that the tub in my room was a bit small. I'm already a tall person so it was a bit of a squeeze but still enjoyable. The food at the restaurant was more on the Chinese side but that's to be expected given the country we're in (even at a global hotel chain). If you do not have a problem with Chinese food, then you will enjoy the food. I personally liked the boiled shrimp and a spicy crab dish that they had available for dinner. I'm glad I ended up finding this location on Trip, and I would be back again.

Service is too bad, starting from reception desk, the staff don’t even answer and just in there work, we wait for our room almost 2 hours as the cleaning staff still not clean the room, at around 5pm we get our room. The breakfast is just normal and staff don’t care about your table have some spoon or salt and pepper.. overall I think the managment don’t train staff that they are working in Sheraton, it seems a normal 3 star Chinese hotel. Bad experience , will never want go again.

Although this hotel is a bit old, the room is still clean and tidy, which is not bad; it’s just that there are fewer free amusement facilities inside and they are relatively old. Except for the amusement area with dolls and motorized games on the underground first floor, which is relatively popular, the infinity pool near Bailu Lake, where you want to punch in, is also under maintenance and not open. It’s a pity that other children’s amusement pool areas are charged, and the punch-in points seen on the Internet such as the auditorium are not maintained and managed, which is a little worse. The hotel is surrounded by Bailu Lake outside, and the scenery is good. It is quite comfortable to walk around. There is also a small man-made beach, which is not big and has few facilities. It is okay for children to play in the sand. This time, the reservation is a package for consecutive stays, and the Cantonese dim sum buffet in the hotel’s Chinese restaurant on the second night is given as a gift. You can choose dim sum on the menu, which is enough to fill you up. The dim sum is quite good, the ingredients are relatively fresh, and the taste is also good. In general, the price/performance ratio is acceptable for this leisure family trip. I just suggest that the hotel should properly renovate and maintain the older indoor and outdoor facilities, make good use of them, and transform them into better check-in attractions to better attract customers.

Room facilities: I stayed here a few years ago, and I didn't expect that the maintenance is still good now. The room is clean and the view is great. Thanks to Ms. Zhang Lifang for sending us children's products and towels. The waiter was great and the front desk lady also provided good service.

Staying during the Double Ninth Festival, the hotel upgraded to a lake view room. The room is spacious, the facilities in the room are clean, and there is an indoor and outdoor swimming pool with clean water. Breakfast has many choices and tastes good. I rented a family bicycle, but the route is not clear. It would be great if the hotel could provide a map of the bicycle path.
