Good location, service, big rooms, but old

The hotel is in the old town. All the hotels in this article are small family hotels with no more than 20 rooms. The decoration of the rooms is relatively old and there are balconies on the top floors. However, the service is relatively good, with various lines and hotel pick-up and drop-off. travel items. The hotel is a 3-minute walk from aya Sophia and also very close to the blue mosque. If you take the subway there, there is a long stretch of stone pavement, so those who are concerned about suitcases should be careful. The food downstairs is heavily solicited and prices are generally on the expensive side.

The hotel is medium in size. My room was really small, but well equipped. Friendly and helpful staff. However, I find that charging for bottles of natural water is neither normal nor correct. Breakfast was really basic. it's nothing special. Note the sympathy of the person who was in charge of the preparation (Aicha) and the person who was in charge of the service.

When we arrived in our room the radiator broke and they changed our room to a more expensive one with a sea view at no extra charge. Although we didn't use it, the hotel also has a SPA. Highly recommended

This hotel’s location is excellent. 5 minutes walk from Topkapi palace, blue mosque, Hagia Sophia, archaeological museum. 15 minutes walk to spice market, galata bridge. 7 minutes walk to take the tram 1. The breakfast buffet was really delicious. We used their Turkish bath and sauna in the evenings and that was a nice way to relax. Felt extremely safe (we were 3 middle aged female friends on a city cultural visit).

Great service. Bedding is a little dated and needs changing but otherwise, really good stay.
