The room was great and had everything we needed. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with the breakfast options. The room could have been a little cleaner, but everything else was perfect.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay Bruce, Dan/David not sure if that’s his name, and the supervisor that checked me in was wonderful and made sure our stay was good.

The hotel was perfect. They had very comfortable beds, a full kitchen set up, including dishes, if needed, a very generous breakfast, and even a fire pit out front. The staff were very welcoming, and the hotel was very clean and well-maintained.

The staff was very friendly and excellent. The room was quiet and clean. They were very helpful in finding local options for restaurants. There was a cute little sitting area outside for socializing. Overall, very pleased with my stay

Room was clean and comfortable with a nice kitchenette that we didn't really use. The whole building seemed fairly new. Everything still had "polish" on it. Staff was fine, but we didn't interact much. Breakfast was just okay compared to hot breakfasts at comparable hotels. Price was fine, as expected. Would stay again.

Everything was great staff was awesome and very helpfull. When we got to thw room i tried to lock the door woth the deadbolt however it wouldnt latch as i had to lift up hard and twist the deadbolt to lock. The exhaust fan innthe bathroom wasnt working either so that the steam from the shower wouldn't leave the room. Other then these items Everything else was fine.

Everything is always great. We asked for a quiet room and they came through. Breakfast could have some more healthy choices besides lumpy, lukewarm oatmeal. Other than that, we would definitely stay here whenever we come to Joliet.

They didn’t give us our room And said we didn’t have a room reserved because expida wasn’t the same as their system so we paid with no room

We only stayed one day, but nevertheless the stay was great. The Front Desk Agent Bruce was awesome. Made us feel welcome, very courteous. He was awesome. Very nice hotel, would definitely stay here again.

This is our second time staying at a Home2 Suites and we just love it. The place is ultra clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful and the price is well worth what you get in return. Everywhere we go we will make sure Home2 Suites is always our first choice.
