We stayed in a 2 bed lodge. I’ve given this 5 stars and I’d give it another if I could. The lodge was stunning and everything thought of. Particularly enjoyed the private heated plunge pool and the views of the golf course and ocean beyond. We had a visit from some baboons but it wasn’t an issue. The main hotel is beautiful with free access to the pool. The bar, Noah’s, and restaurant Zachary’s were good too. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I would make a point of returning. Really great.

Golf was fully booked. Spa was fully booked. Pool was reserved for women only. No hot water, no one at reception before 7am. And no one able to help you find solutions. The place is beautiful but hard to enjoy

We have visited Pezula before, however this visit stood out and was a truly great experience. The staff was attentive, helpful and friendly. The hot tub, spa and dinners stood out for us during our stay.

We had the most amazing stay here with my family. This is the second time we have stayed at Pezula, this time in a 2 bedroom villa. The villa is exquisite, spacious and comes with its own heated plunge pool, which was divine. Breakfast is absolutely fantastic and I am so pleased that the kitchen is now halal friendly. The quality of the breakfast was 10/10. The staff that service the villa are attentive and wonderful - I think there are varying levels of service between the staff members generally, but the ladies who service the villas specifically are wonderful. Can't wait to visit again with the family!

Some parts of the hotel need a revamp. The rooms are spacious, but very dark and one feels suffocated. The service is amazing. Reception can be improved, had to look for dental kit, whereas can just be put in the room. The food also needs to improve, very simple and it lacked flavor.

We had such a lovely stay at Petula. The service and staff were really friendly and helpful. They pay attention to all details. The facilities are all instagramable and enjoyable in real time too. I'm planning to go back in the summer.

Overall good stay, stunning property, porters very polite, good food. Booking process was easy, booked and paid by card direct online...but everything after was disastrous...I phoned the day before with a couple of questions and no one could find my booking, not even the person who made it, they re-booked it. Then arrived and again the booking was an issue, had to wait around for an hour in reception for them to figure it out and was asked for proof of payment twice by 2 different people
