Good, clean room, beautiful beach front. The employees speak cutely and provide good service.

We rented one of the rooms with direct beach access. The room had two double beds and a shower room. Very little storage. The room has access to a patio area with chairs and sunbeds. It has a great view of the beach. Unfortunately the management is not upto 4*. For example, they empty food into open topped bins and leave them outside for you to walk past each evening and pretty much outside the room. They allow staff to sit around and use the area that the guest has paid for. It is an ok hotel for a fair price on a great beach.

In our view this place should not be presented as a hotel - it is more akin to a bad hostel. All shots in Viator are MANY years out of date and the resort is now desperately in need of care and attention. It’s location - right on the beach - IS it’s USP , but they are shamefully playing on that! Clearly there has been no investment in the facilities for a long time and they are now tired, botched together in places and downright dirty. We paid around £100 for 2 nights and have been seriously taken for a ride at that price. In my view this hotel needs investigating and taking down from this site Our room was poolside with single curtains - no voile / net type curtains for modesty. One central light switch, no bedside lights, only one cabinet, grubby & battered ‘panelling’ in lieu of headboard and only 1 pillow each. Air-con was good but noisy but overnight we awoke to condensation on patio windows The bathroom… where to begin .. at least the shower was hot BUT the shower drained to a hole in the ground, all shower fittings encrusted with scale an grime. The window as rotten, ill fitting and plain mouldy! Felt like you were in a shack not a hotel bathroom. In 2 days we saw no cleaning of facilities or our room. Beer at the bar / cafe is expensive and food uninspiring. We ate all our meals elsewhere. I was frustrated that we paid upfront for this place as otherwise we would have left immediately. Please don’t make the same mistake as we did!

It was all a disaster. The whole facility is in need of renovation. Cannot recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Amazing staff who did all they could to correct any issues. Nice clean room with fridge and kettle etc. Housekeeping were fantastic. Great beachfront location, nice pool, nice restaurant and comfort bed in the heart of town but not loud at night at all, ideal for those wanting to be in town but not party too hard

If they will clean the room..will be ok. The Room asks for little bit refreshment but all in all was ok

It was a small and cosy hotel right by the sea. Great restaurant with really friendly staff. Some maintainance was needed on the surroundings. The rooms were ok standard considering the price. We were overall very pleased with our stay.

Rommet luktet mugg, aircondition virket ikke som den skal. Hotellet skriker etter oppdatering. Stranden er helt super, flott beliggenher. Frokosten var god. Men denne plassen har så stort potensiale. Kommer ikke tilbake før de har pusset opp. Flyttet til nytt hotell på kho Chang etter 2 dager.

The property is in a good location on the beach front at white sand beach. Our room was a bit dated with a moudly smell, room could do with some updating.

Mycket gammal standard på rummen och dessutom inte speciellt rent. Frukosten under all kritik. Det enda positiva med sett hotellet är att det ligger precis vid havet. Jag rekommenderar ingen att bo här.
