"The room and overall environment were beautiful, peaceful, and very comfortable. However, during my stay, I experienced several issues with the water supply in the bathroom. The problem happened multiple times, and I had to contact the maintenance staff more than five times. There were even some misunderstandings and discussions regarding fixing the issue and changing rooms.
Thankfully, the staff managed the situation professionally in the end and provided complimentary breakfast as compensation, which I truly appreciated. Despite the inconvenience, I still enjoyed my stay because the hotel itself is truly beautiful and relaxing. I would definitely come back again in the future, hoping for an even better experience next time!"

"The hotel is right next to Chinatown (about a 10-minute walk). Luckily, there's a 7-Eleven downstairs where you can grab essentials, and a pharmacy too. For the price, I think it's fantastic value for money! The room was comfortable, and it had a window with good natural light. The only minor drawback was that the mirror was a bit dirty, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly."

"When we checked into the hotel, the front desk informed us that there would be renovation works in the hotel, and there might be noise from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. They asked whether we would like to move to the neighboring Ming Paragon Hotel instead, and I agreed to change.
Both hotels share the same parking area. When booking the hotel, it was stated that parking was free. However, in reality, there is a charge of RM2.20 per day, which is actually acceptable. The problem is that every time we exit the parking area, we must inform the front desk staff.
This morning, I left early and there was no staff at the front desk. A phone number was left, but when I called it, the phone was switched off! With no other choice, I had to leave, and I was charged RM8.00 for parking.
When I returned to the hotel and explained the situation to the front desk staff, he told me that this was the parking operator’s charge and that the money could not be refunded!?
I am extremely angry!"

"Our check-in and checkout experiences were smooth and easy. Arrived on 7th January after booked a room, unfortunately it was fully booked. Came back on the next day and the receptionist was very polite in explained the hotel rules regarding no smoking, where to park your car, also what time are the check-out time.
They also provide surau for Muslim travellers to pray, so it's muslim friendly hotel to be chosen. During your stays, these hotel are near to several melayu restaurants which is 5 minutes driveway from the hotel. Everything is fine for me. Thank you for the hospitality given especially to the hotel staff, because of this pleasant experience I'll definitely recommend it to my others colleague."

"We initially had a frustrating experience as our towels were delivered quite late. However, the situation was handled professionally by Manager Iza, who personally delivered the towels to our room and sincerely apologized for the delay. Her prompt action and attention to guests made a positive difference.
Overall, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We booked four rooms and requested them to be located near each other, which the hotel successfully accommodated. However, housekeeping services need improvement, as one of our rooms was not serviced and there were some inconsistencies in room maintenance during our stay.
The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. It is close to everything we needed, with Restoran Singgang Budu located right beside the hotel. There are also laundry facilities nearby, and plenty of food options within walking distance, making it a great choice for travelers.
The staff were friendly, always smiling, and genuinely tried their best to accommodate our requests throughout our stay. While housekeeping could be improved, the service recovery by the management team and the hotel’s strategic location made our overall stay enjoyable."

"Stayed here for a night in Terengganu as a layover before heading to Redang Island, and it was better than expected. The hotel is new and very clean. My king room even had a small balcony, so it didn't feel cramped at all. The room was quiet, and it only took about 15 minutes to get to the TTI jetty (without traffic). Right next door there's a Mixue ice cream shop, and if you walk a bit further down, there's a restaurant the front desk recommended. There's also a 7-Eleven if you turn left and walk back a bit. Overall, great value for money."

"Can't really give reviews because the system glitched and we got transferred to another hotel. Just want to complain about the receptionist for The Inn Hotel, the malay older lady with Chinese look keeps blaming me because my name is not in the system even when I showed her the booking confirmation. She knew the hotel has 3 branches and keep blaming me instead of giving solutions. Lucky she's in the transition shift with another receptionist and he kindly helped me with my booking by calling the other branches and turns out my booking was in the other branch. Kudos to the male receptionist. Hope the lady learns how to deal with customers and not blaming us like we're stupid. It was almost midnight and we're all tired, that doesn't give you the chance to be a ****, makcik!! I was too tired to take take photos but the given room was nice"
