Quite specious. Clean but quite strong smell of cigarettes is remained in a room. Place is slightly difficult to find. Have convenient stores around and at night there are some street food stall.

房間衞生間感覺有點像賓館，不過提供了一次性馬桶套。位置在頂樓31樓，指示標還算明顯，就是晚上在長廊上找房間還是有點害怕，前台在一樓。

前台接待還是老闆？態度差勁，還騙人！用攜程以來好像是頭一次給全差評，氣人。昆明旅居有半月了，各個酒店，公寓啥的都住過。就這一家必須給0星。為了看附近樓盤還有整體規劃找的這個房型，看圖應該是高樓層能看到城市的，圖一就是攜程上介紹的，但是到了以後，首先跟着定位一下來看不到酒店牌子和入門，打電話問，老闆人特別不耐煩，到前台也是沒有人，打電話説了卡號自己拿着上樓，前台位置和住的樓還不是同一個，需要繞過去隔壁的樓。重點是給了我最差勁的房子，跟圖不符合，外頭也沒介紹那樣好的視線，窗户關不嚴，也不打掃，窗户上全是灰還有si蟲子，外頭又是建築工地，我怕吵，睡不好，又看攜程的介紹，房型和介紹不對，我就重新看了酒店介紹，結果這是最便宜那間的，打電話給前台讓換房，態度更差勁了，説什麼又不是星級酒店，給你這間在最頭上安靜，我説這跟我定的不相符啊，老闆説你定的還沒退房，沒打掃。那我是按要求12點以後來的吧，12點能入住，你不給安排好，弄一個差的？？後來按我要求換了一屋，除了窗景和介紹不一樣，户型是差不多了，也算乾淨一點了，但是牀板太硬，不知道啥材質。有空房先不給，這算什麼商家？看圖那是第一個屋，牆紙是發黴還是啥？陽台放舊電視一堆東西，讓我住倉庫似的？前頭這些圖都是讓我入住的第一間，最後一張是我預訂的户型，但還不是我預訂那間視野好的。你貴了那一點不就是因為户型視野好點嗎？總體就是接待這人太差勁。如果是老闆，建議大家別入住這兒，如果是打工的，老闆上點心吧，換個人！

服務態度差 虧每次下來呈貢附近都住他家 本來那天打算第二天續住 想換個其它房型住 老闆那個態度真的是像欠他錢不還一樣 果斷退房了
