房間非常陳舊，衞生也不好，是改造的房子，那次卧的門啊就一塊簡易板子，牆面上就敷衍的貼了點牆紙，都要掉下來了！尤其衞生間尤為糟糕，優點就是有專門的地下停車場，管理人員服務態度很不錯

停車方便，訂完房老闆就打電話來告訴停車怎麼停，服務好，房間乾淨，還送了好多礦泉水，有免費一次性浴巾，馬桶墊，拖鞋，還有洗澡的拖鞋，適合長期住。
