鬧中取靜，環境古樸幽雅。早歺也很豐富。

位置優越，就在西寺塔旁邊，附近吃喝遊都方便； 服務到位，小哥全程幫忙提行李，送到路邊等車，態度120分+； 房間佈局合理，床品舒適整潔，洗浴用品也很用心； 早餐、下午茶和晚間甜品都超級滿意。 綜合：會推薦給朋友，會再次來住。

客房挺好的，服務也不錯，值得下一次再來。

酒店在步行街裏面，裝修比較古樸典雅。裏面的服務人員都非常熱情周到，非常禮貌。每天有下午茶，晚上還有糖水，酒店在經營上對人文關懷和尊重還是做到服務業的典範的。早飯也不是鋪張浪費的自助餐，一人一份雲南特色米線，不輸給外面的老字號。

各人員服務都很好！有洗衣服務，早餐很特別（有好幾種套餐可選），都很好吃。酒店的裝潢設計屬中國復古風，設計的很不錯，在大堂休息聊天很不錯。

前台服務員很友善，很有耐心的教我用微信打車還有微信支付。房間很乾淨，早餐選擇多也很好吃。

環境很有特色 古風中式 管家服務體貼入微

The location is great, quiet pedestrian area near the old town! The staff at the front desk had been very helpful with our needs, especially the young man with the last name of Wong, who called the theater and helped us book 2 great seats for a show that we really wanted to watch! When we left he also helped us carry our luggage to the street and got a taxi for us to the train station. The free breakfasts were very good too, and the service lady in the morning was also very pleasant and helpful. Over all we really enjoyed our stay there!
