"The hostel was great. The beds were comfortable and had curtains for privacy and less light. It had a patio, which was pretty nice. The bathrooms were clean, and everything was very clean overall. The worst part was the location, but it's a bit of a walk, and if there isn't one, there's a bus that drops you off right at the door. Definitely worth it for the price/quality ratio."
"The hotel room is spacious, the facilities are new, the breakfast is Western food, rich, feels good, and the bed is relatively wide. The hotel is not in the ancient city and is not close to the university, but there is a bus stop at the entrance of the hotel. You can take Bus C11 to Galicia Square. From there, it is close to the church or the station. We stayed for a few days on foot, because the distance is about 1.5 kilometers.
By the way, the hotel is located in a quadrangle building mixed with residential and shopping malls. The facade of the hotel is not easy to find. It looks like a store in this commercial center. I personally feel that this hotel is cost-effective. There is a big supermarket downstairs.
The city is an important node on the European pilgrimage route, and many people come here on foot."
"Environment: Good
Hygiene: Clean
Service: Considerate
Facilities: Convenient and safe (handrails are installed in all toilets, very friendly!)
Location: A little far from the city center. Taxi to Santiago de Compostela, the end of the Spanish Pilgrimage Route, costs 12.55 euros."
"Es un hotel totalmente nuevo muy cómodo ( aunque la habitación es pequeña) Brindan un excelente desayuno. Las dos personas que conocimos fueron siempre muy amables. Nos llamó la atención la ausencia de un conserje permanente ( que no nos provocó ningún inconveniente)"
"This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. The first is for work reasons; the second is with my partner. In both cases, I will pay attention to those who are pleasing to the eye because the stay is the most enjoyable. The cleaning service is very good. I have been to many hotels in San Diego. Although it is not so central, the area is relatively quiet. It is easy to reach the city center within a few minutes, convenient for parking, taxis, buses, commuting, so there is no doubt that this It is one of my favorites."

"Overall, the hotel was very good. The room was spacious, well-designed, and very comfortable, which made the stay enjoyable.
However, it is unacceptable to have a double bed for a couple that is only 135 cm wide. For a hotel of this standard, a proper double or queen-size bed should be the minimum. This significantly impacted the comfort of the stay and should be addressed."
"Very careful and clean hotel in the city centre. Very comfortable to move through the city centre. Ideal and very rich breakfast. Very friendly, educated and easier reception in everything necessary. I will surely come back! "
"Aside from the location being fairly convenient, there really isn’t much else to praise. It’s a hotel with no facilities at all , not even a bottle of water is provided, so you’ll have to buy your own from the supermarket. As for toothbrushes, slippers, shower caps or kettle, those definitely aren’t included either. One thing worth mentioning, though, is the very friendly male staff at the front desk. When we asked where to find a supermarket or which restaurants were open at that hour, he helped enthusiastically and even marked everything clearly on the map."
"There was nothing particularly bad about it. The bed, shower, and shared facilities were all clean. There was also soap in the shower room. The only drawback was that the lockers were a little small."
Very Good

Amazing
DDr. Julio BernalThis hotel is a gem. The location, the friendly staff, the room, the historical added bonus of staying in this place. We loved here. My bed was incredible. Overall it was a remarkable staying. I want to thank the hotel staff for helping us. We had many suitcases and wheelchair. The helped us since the moment we arrived to the hotel. The food from the restaurant is outstanding and there are many choices. We will definitely stay there again. Gracias
TTINGVery very good, highly recommended, is a worthwhile sight in itself, just at the entrance to the core pedestrian old street, just three hundred meters from the holy site of Santiago Cathedral, and the hotel is an ancient monastery converted
GGuest UserWe were unfortunate to arrive Santiago de Compostela on the day Spain and Portugal suffered a country-wide power outage. However, the staff at Hotel Compostela made everything smooth of us. They facilitated our check even when their system is down and also assisted us with our luggage to our rooms. They were always attentive to our needs and always there to ensure we will be looked after. This is our second stay in this hotel and if we ever visit SCQ again, we will not hesitate to stay here again.
GGuest UserIn order to see the incense stove of San Diego Cathedral, the original hotel has no room, so I booked it here. The hotel crosses the road and reaches the ancient market after going uphill. It takes a few minutes to walk to the church. The room the hotel gave me was a semi-underground suite, and it was the end. I went out for a stroll after putting my luggage. I came back at night and found that the door of the room could not be locked inside. There was no way, and I had never lived in such a bad place. Forget it, just sleep for one night. Front desk service, breakfast environment is very good.
GGracefulTravellerWe had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is extremely convenient, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transport, which saved us a lot of time during our trip.
The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, providing a relaxing place to rest after a long day of sightseeing. The bed was cozy, and the overall environment felt quiet and safe.
The staff were also friendly and helpful, adding to the smooth experience from check-in to check-out. Overall, it is a great choice for travelers who value a convenient location, cleanliness, and a comfortable stay. We would happily stay here again.
OOei Ching TohWe end our pilgrimage here with 2 nights more to tour around Santiago. The front desk Alba and Agus were the reason that makes this hotel the choice while in Santiago. They are so helpful, understanding, thoughtful and go all out to make sure we have all our needs taken care of.
We were early for check in and we left our luggage’s but when we came back to check they have already place it into our rooms. We have a very early checkout before the breakfast hours and they were so nice to prepare breakfast for take away. They were just great and the hotels is great.
GGuest UserHotel was ok , little basic nothing in the room like complementary coffee and water so need to bring your own bath was nice big bathroom bed was comfy nice view over looking the port of Vigo
OopalropesereneGreat central location and beautiful old building . Room was simple and pleasant - perfect for me. Breakfast was not the best - cafeteria style, auto machine coffee, limited selection of items available - it was extremely busy and if you got up from table to fetch something from the buffet your place setting was likely to be whisked away. On the corridors to the rooms , it was extremely dark and most the automatic sensors for the lights were slow to activate, leaving you flapping your arms in the dark to trigger them.
GGuest UserAt an inn near Santiago de Compostela, I felt that this beauty was quite affordable. The hotel staff was kind and it was quite good. (checking luggage before check-in and guide to toilets, etc.)
