So expensive and no bathtub! 600 per night, breakfast was not great, just edible. The room’s insulation is really really bad. I can heard next door couples’ fighting and upstairs steps. Not good for a light sleeper

Good resort with breakfast, basketball court, and game. It is close to the commercial area and many restaurants within walking distance. Overall good

Hotel was extremely clean, hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Bonus points for the heated pool and mini golf. Will definitely be a go to hotel when we return to Leavenworth.

Hotel is an easy walk to town. Basic amenities and kept pretty clean. Rooms are basic and in need of updating. They did some updates but definitely not a full overhaul. Breakfast has several options and hot beverages are left out all day which is nice. Mini golf was closed when we were there despite the front desk saying it was open.

Best resort in Wa I’ve stayed in. About a 2 mile round trip walk to downtown. We will be back!

Great staff, service and amenities. I like very quiet rooms, so my room overlooking the pool was a little noisy for my liking. Overall, great stay!

The hotel room was not great. It smelled like throw-up and we had toxic gases coming into our room in the morning from the cars outside warming up before they left.

The grounds were clean and beautiful. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean.

Absolutely loved the 2 bedroom Baker condo we had for the weekend with our friends! Everything was clean and neat! Kitchen was well stocked with dinnerwear and cookware. Customer service was top notch. Loved that they texted me instead of calling. Even checked out by text. How convenient! The security guard Stuart was probably one of the coolest, nicest people. He was very polite and we had a good chat and some laughs with him. Highly recommend this resort! Will continue coming back!

The staff make this place a great place to stay. From the moment we arrived, they do a quick check in, the texting option for anything we need is super great. Instead of having to call the front desk you send them a quick text message and they respond immediately. All the staff is super friendly and very professional. We come every year and we love it. Very accommodating.

It’s so pretty and well kept. Very warm and inviting and the room is perfect so far!

We had a fun weekend stay with the family. Location is pretty convenient to downtown Leavenworth (without snow it was about a 10min walk), and onsite parking was easy. There was a little communication issue with getting a crib in our room, but they brought one quickly when we called from the room. They have a nice complementary hot breakfast and offer disposable plates/utensils so you can take to food back to your room. The room itself is a little dated but clean and spacious. I really appreciated that they had laminate flooring instead of carpeting in their rooms (wish more places would do this for cleanliness reasons). Overall we had a relaxing stay and look forward to coming back in the summer to take advantage of more amenities!

Decent stay overall. Hotel is a bit outdated for the price paid. Play room is small. Breakfast is ok. Same thing everyday just the basics. Room is also ok. I guess for the price I paid I was expecting more. But it’s a top destination during the holidays so I guess that explains the price. The wine tasting room next door closes at 7pm and was closed the following day and was not opened before I checked out on the 3rd day so did not get to experience that or take advantage of the deal with the stay. Pretty decent walk to the town but I did not mind it at all. If you go during prime time expect to wait 1hr to 2hrs to eat at any restaurant in town. The “gym” is pretty sad as well. Outside activities were closed due to snow and season. Pool was open and it is heated. Expect to pay tourists prices for everything I think I single can beer was $7.

When I checked in the Resort was expecting me. Check-in was a breeze. But most impressive was the level of communications. I heard from them several times before arriving making sure that, if I had special needs, they would do everything possible to ensure I enjoyed my stay even giving me the option to check in early. That level of communications has continued during my stay.
