The location was good, while it wasn’t right in town the metro is very close. Nice views from the room. The pool is just a bit cold for use during winter

This hotel was otherwise all good except 2 issues: 1. The hot water tank is too small. When my wife took the shower after I did, the hot water run out. 2. Front desk attitude. When we complained this next morning, the response is total denial of the issue. They said it is first time someone complained on this, while immediately another customer complained the same issue. A clean hotel but with not that great services.

I had an early flight from Lisbon back to my home. I didn't want to stay at the airport but I also didn't want to stay in the heart of the city. Hotel Acta caught my attention because of its location. When I arrived, I noticed the agents working at the check in area. They were very pleasant and helped other travelers finding their way around Lisbon. The room itself was clean and immaculate. I loved the microwave in the room as well as the coffee maker and kettle. The hotel is on a busy street but it is far back enough that you don't hear the noise. The room was quiet and helped me get a good night sleep before my flight. I did walk to an Auchan that was nearby and purchased a few items I needed as well as a bottle of Portuguese wine to relax during the evening. The room did not have a wine opener but the staff helped me open it. The one issue I had with the room was the hot water. I could not get the water in the shower to remain warm. After a day of exploring the city and traveling, a shower with warm water is very pleasant so I was disappointed.

Not a good hotel in general. Breakfast was bad and super limited. Clean on the reception was very bad and hotel politics to hell clients don’t exist.

Good hotel amenities such us gym, new rooms, excellent bed mattress and pillows were the best of many 2 to 5* hotels I have been to. The cleaners were very good, just forgot to replace coffee pod during the 6 nights stayed I had to ask it once to be replaced then I gave up asking for it. The shower hot water lasted max 10 mins so if you share a room with someone else the second person will have to wait 1 hour to have shower after the first one had it otherwise will have a cold one! The breakfast did not have jam, honey or sausage like the other hotel's but the fruit salad, cheese and coffee was good!

We stayed one night at this hotel. The room was lovely with a great shower. We were warmly greeted at the reception. Because we had to leave for the airport early the next morning, it was no problem to have a breakfast box prepared instead of the regular breakfast. We had a delicious meal in the hotel restaurant that evening. It's a nice new hotel close to the airport.
