I stayed for 4 nights at the resort and it was amazing. Everyone was welcoming and attentive to my every needs. I got the room with sunset view and despite the rainy season I was able to enjoy it. I love all the services available in the hotel (as mentioned on the website). I didn’t have to get out. I had a great spa treatment, the food at the resort was yummy as well as the cocktails. The resort can answer to your every needs. All the reviews were spot on. The chef even accommodated some changes I asked for. I should I have booked for a longer stay. The view is peaceful and relaxing. The room was spacious, the bed soft and I enjoyed sleeping in it. Love the bedside story and biscuits left every night. I like hearing the sound of the waves, I was at peace and got all the rest I needed during my stay. Thanks you so much for making my stay such amazing and wonderful moment.

Hello, I would like to know if you have the email address of your boss? I really want to praise your hotel. I stayed at the Oberoi Hotel in Lombok for 350 US dollars and at the Lombok Island Cottage Suite Hotel Private Villa for 450 US dollars, but your hotel's Garden Villa at 888 RMB is really a great value for money. Most importantly, the staff are very friendly to Chinese people. Whether it's the front desk or the restaurant waiters, everyone can speak Chinese and greet you with ”How are you?” There is even a Chinese staff member at the front desk, who is really very kind. Both the room and the view are really great. I really want to say that the price is really a great deal. I never imagined that for a few hundred RMB, I could have such wonderful memories here.

The hotel is 5*, and it lives up to it. The room is absolutely gorgeous with a stunning sunset view! It's clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a huge selection, and everything is delicious! There are several shops near the hotel, but you need to drive a little further to get to the lively area. The beach is nice and clean, with very soft sand, but it's not private—people might come up to you and offer to buy something. I had a wonderful three days here. Thank you!!!

There was another persons hair on the bedsheets and the shower could have been scrubbed. The hotel was ok for the price and the staff were friendly enough. But cleanliness wasn’t great and the rooms ok the left side of the hallway upstairs have neighbours on a higher rooftop seating area able to see into your room (there is privacy glass but only on the bottom of the window).

Very great service from the staffs, everyone was friendly and helpful. Even before I arrived, the communication with the staff through WhatsApp was helpful.  The view from our room was breathtaking. One thing to note is there were quite a few rove beetles found in our room especially the balcony area (we went when it was rainy season).  The area of the room is large, even with added bed, we did not feel cramped at all. The toilet area is also large and clean, with the toilet and shower area separated with doors. The towels given are clean and fluffy.  Breakfast was amazing! All the food that we tried are delicious. (It is an a la carte type of breakfast) All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay here and will definitely stay here again if we visit Lombok.

The resort was pure luxury after island life! The hotel room was stunning and spotless, and it was wonderful to sleep in clean sheets. The open-air bathroom was amazing! I enjoyed the pool area and its views towards the sea. I had delicious meals at the restaurant while gazing at the ocean and listening to its soothing sounds. So relaxing! I also tried the hotel spa, and the massage was absolutely wonderful. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay here. I only stayed for one night, so I can’t comment on the location. 10/10.

An older, well-maintained hotel! We didn't understand it at first, but later we liked it! Well-kept green grounds, excellent pool. The beach is littered by locals and never cleaned. Due to its remoteness, transportation is necessary. Would you come back? I'm not sure.

the place was tooooo beautiful. did set a lower expectation based on the reviews for the maintenance but they still tried their best. paint chipping here and there shouldn’t be an issue. we had issue with aircond and complained , they got it fixed immediately. able to see both ocean and mountain view from our open balcony, enjoyed jacuzzi with those view and the night stars was just too beautiful. we also got to see sunset from our room. it was just tooo much of a perfect spot honestly. breakfast was not buffet but rather ala carte menu
