Generous inclusions, beautifully appointed, and an easy walk to must-see attractions. Well cared for by helpful managers. The outdoor bath is a must.

Our Saltbush one bedroom cabin had everything we needed for a great 3 day stay. The bed was very comfortable and it was wonderful having a separate living/kitchen area. Great facilities that were close to everything.

Room was not serviced. It’s like a caravan park. No fresh towels were provided and bins were not emptied at all. Is expensive for what you get.

Very enjoyable 2 night stay in Cabin 10. Clean and fresh on arrival. Abundant amenities for our stay. Roomy, comfortable armchairs, great TV and WiFi reception, comfortable bed, great shower. Friendly staff. Have no hesitation in recommending and would stay there again if in Longreach.

Hosts very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Close to Stockman’s Hall of Fame and Qantas Founders Museum. They have a courtesy bus and will happily drop you into town or airport / railway station if you ask. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Saltbush and Longreach.

The current managers have been upgrading the accommodation and ensuring the grounds and facilities are everything a guest would ask for. The cabin was spacious and clean with a living area, separate bedroom, bathroom and a balcony. Easy parking. The kitchen had a frig, hotplates, toaster, kettle and microwave with all cooking and eating utensils. A lovely, peaceful place to stay and close to the Stockman's Hall of Fame and the Qantas musuem and airport.
