The only thing I can complain about is the toilet overflowed after the first time we used it. Service was awesome tho. They switched us rooms really fast.

The front desk staff was absolutely wonderful and always very helpful - very warm and friendly. One elevator was out of order which wasn't a disaster but could often cause a longer than usual wait time.

The employees make this hotel. They were friendly and extremely helpful. The shuttle from the airport was great! That said, the hotel needs to take care of some basics. Coffee in the lobby was cold and old. The desk clerk went to get me a hot cup. Coffee maker in room wasn’t working. Gym is decent. Location is fine.

When we walked into this hotel I thought I would be really nice but honestly it was pretty dirty

Layout of the room was awkward, cleaning staff just made the bed when the sheets really needed to be cleaned and took out garbage- didn’t bother to vacuum or anything. Also The pool was gross. It was dirty

Would be nice if the 2nd elevator was working and if the elevator moved a bit more quickly (very slow). Also room doors did not seem to close & lock unless you pushed or pulled on them; SAFETY CONCERN. Otherwise a good place to stay.

We liked this hotel. Only downside was the bar and restaurant were always closed. Would have been nice to enjoy a cocktail during our stay

I took my girls to Hersheypark this weekend. We stayed in his hotel and it was beautiful. The rooms was very big comfortable clean. I look forward to staying here again.

It was average for a couple of nights stay. The carpet is old and the tack ***** exposed. Lighting was very dim in the whole room including the bathroom. Overall ok.

Right off all the highways. There is a Wendy's right there in the same parking lot. My room was immaculate, and they have name brand soap and body wash which is a nice touch. Has a pool...but I didn't check it out. Type of place you stay when your middling soccer team advances to regionals.

Every staff member was great! Facilities were great.
