The room is very spacious and comfortable. I think it is worth the price. It is also very close to the school and is very suitable for students or people visiting students. The staff at the front desk were very nice. The breakfast was a buffet and the eggs and potatoes were delicious.

Very outdated doesnt smell very clean poor cleaning.. loud noises in hallway doors slamming throuout the night, mounting hardware for there products are falling off the walls.. there king suite is a handicap room, breakfast no good and i couldnt get a refund for the second night so i stayed 2 nights.

Breakfast was good for a free breakfast. Rooms were nice and clean. Bed was good (not as nice as mine at home). Staff was friendly and helpful.

We liked everything, people very nice respectful clean place which is important because you arrive and your tired and just want to relax. Please Thank the cleaning person's I know it's hard work for them we appreciate what they do.God Bless each & Everyone. Thank you from Fort Worth Tx.

I would never stay there again , if I have to i will sleep in car next time before that hotel , woke up to get breakfast nothing was filled up all the food was gone our hotel door was broken it almost didn’t shut come to find out the sheets didn’t look like there were washed . and my in laws stayed there and i didn’t realize at the last moment they said last time they had bugs there not a good hotel .

Our stay was very delightful! Our flight arrived early and Patel was very welcoming by letting us check in early so we could get ready for the Tech game. Our room was nice, and very comfortable. Overall, Patel and the staff had great customer service. We will be staying here our next visit to Lubbock!

Great place to stay. Rooms were clean and spacious. I was even offered 2 complimentary drinks at the bar upon arrival:) will definitely stay again.

There were roaches in the bathroom and kitchen area. The room was really run down. We had a kitchenette. None of the exercise equipment worked. The breakfast was good, though.

Roaches; trash behind bed; was told warm breakfast served; received frozen potatoes; nobody attentive to food availability; almost all food was gone by 8am and had to wait for replenishing.

Excellent stay. Except for no local television stations on cable package it’s outstanding!

The reason we book this hotel is because it close to downtown. However, it is misleading for the fact that in my opinion this is not hotel instead of Motel. It is the same category with Motel 6 and 8. The hotel is old, smelly, bathroom is old. We would not stay here again unless nothing left around here.

Very good price for a hotel so close to the hospital. Rooms and grounds in very good condition. Very helpful staff. Manager Jay Patel was very friendly.
