We loved everything about this hotel. Its quiet atmosphere, thoughtful details and beautiful decorations. We felt like in a movie. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was kind and helpful. Amazing views from a rooftop, our reservation included a complimentary cocktail or mocktail on the last floor. It was marvelous. Room was tasteful, including all the amenities and even a bottle of wine! Hotel's location is also prime, easy to find it and easy to roam around the old part of Macau. Loads of great restaurants around, we recommend Yan Tang Dessert for dinner and a sweet something afterwards! We travelled for 2 weeks and the best sleep and service we received in this hotel. Don't hesitate!

This uniek boutique hotel has it all...from the moment yoy walk in you have a trownback in time...back to 1928...the rooms have all comfort and full automatic lights and curtain system ...i LOVED the Dyson hairdryer ! And the roasted coffeebeans you have to grind yourself and the cups with golden spoon ...every thing here is soo perfect and well maintenance...Mr. woo is soo nice and good speakers english...he helps you with all your needs ...
The staff is well educated...
This is one of the best hotels i stayed in ...

It has that distinctive民國 (Republic of China era) hotel vibe! The only slight drawback is that breakfast isn't a buffet. However, the service is exceptionally attentive, and all items in the mini-bar in the room are complimentary. The location is definitely a huge advantage, and it's a century-old hotel that's been renovated. The decor is quite unique, but the single room was really small. The fresh air system had a strong draft blowing directly at my head, and there was no way to control it. Everything else was good, and the staff were very friendly.

Pros- Hotel's location is good. A lot of effort put into hotel and room's aesthetic. Hotel Central has a great housekeeping team, all the ladies we met in the corridors are very friendly, warm and sincere in their greetings. We also like Ms Lovely from the Palace and 潘先生 from Front desk.
Cons - Room assigned had 1 seat missing. Communications with reception was unpleasant. Hotel sent a shower chair to replace missing seat (see photo). Thank to Trip.com, I got a proper seat for our 3 nights stay. Breakfast set is limited with no alternatives or extras. Menu is repeated if you stay more than 2 nights. Chinese set is carbs heavy. Both Western and Chinese set have orange juice served in a (shot glass ) size mug. Set meal comes with 1 drink and request for 2nd cup of coffee was turned down. See photos on breakfast

The hotel's location is excellent, and the decor has a stylish, vintage feel. Every little detail, from the accessories to the color schemes, is perfectly executed, showcasing great taste. The room is quite small, with hardly any space to move around, but it's fine for sleeping after a day out. The staff are polite, but I didn't feel they were particularly warm or attentive. Breakfast is a set menu, mostly featuring staple snacks, and the taste is comparable to a typical 'cha chaan teng' (Hong Kong-style diner).

Staffs are friendly, helpful and informative.
Very generous with their breakfast sets (big portion) and room minibar(replenish daily). Clean. Comfortable bed.
