We've stayed here twice because of the clean & comfortable apartment. even a short vacation with the family, it is very enjoyable with various facilities.

Check-in is fast and easy, i just have a comment only about the parking lot. Is a bit confusing and not enough clear information to direct to the visitor car park. Overall we still manage to find the parking after 30minutes waiting and searching. Too bad is raining in the morning, where we intend to have a swim at the pool. Lift is slow due to 2 lift were occupied for the contractors. Overall is a nice place for a short vacation.

Great Place to stay. Room is comfortable & clean, the process of checking in + out is convenient.

The place is silent and clean, even with the laundry. it would be better if the shower and toilet are separated.

Near to city center. Very clean with complete amenities and exclusive parking spot. We are surprised that the booking comes with not only a room but also a living room + kitchen + dining & laundry spaces. Totally worth it.

We had good experiences staying at amber cove for 4 days and three nights. The unit that we got was partly sea view & partly city view. It was great! The unit was clean but only the first bathroom can be made cleaner as it felt a bit sticky & dusty (on the floor). The city centre wasn't that far , it's convenient enough for those who want to stay at a peaceful quiet place but at the same time keen to explore Malacca city centre. I love the swimming pool and the chilling area around it. There's a convenient store near the swimming pool & also a game room. Will definitely come back again.

The apartment was rily dusty.i specifically informed that I have allergies and they need to clean properly but nothing was done.i fell sick when I just stayed there for 1 night. Additionally, air cond needs cleaning, basketball court is in terrible condition, swimming pool is over crowded and gym is only basic. I rented the apartment to enjoy the facilities but couldn't use anything.Also, they provide full kitchen but no sponge to wash dishes. Very smart.

New Apartment. We'll manage by Maplehome. Fast check in and check out. Security deposit RM150.00. Only problem check out at 11am Elevator full. Take around 30min to go down the lobby. Others OK.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with family. The overall atmosphere was excellent, perfect for enjoying a vacation. The room was very clean, which made the stay even more comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which added to the positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

Everything is good except for the lift. High demands of lift during checkout time. Need to wait quite long.

Firstly, I booked the room around 3-4 days earlier and considering the short time I have and the area, it is actually a decent pricing worthy of the services and amenities they provide. My trip was purely for business purposes so I didn't get the chance to explore the amenities they provided, but i guess they're satisfying as they provide 1 floor just for the amenities like game room, gym and other stuff if I'm not mistaken. Also, during my stay, the electricity was suddenly out for the whole floor for a while (less than 30mins) but the crisis was dealt with efficiently and quickly and the hotel's responding actions were highly appreciated by my team. Only one thing that was amiss. The air-conditioning in the master bedroom of my suite doesn't work well so that was a bum. But overall a good place to stay in though. It is quite secluded from other areas since it's a new residency but thst's a preference choice. I love it cause I can truly relax and rest without the bustling activities in the town centre so yeah.

The room was great and clean. Facing seaview at level 30. Very comfortable l for family.
