You get for what you pay. Went with two friends and were definitely some of the youngest people there. Rooms were clean and cute. Food was buffet style, so not 5* but edible. Drinks were incredibly strong, did all inclusive but both everything is included (on drinks with a heart next to them). A family of 13 went for 3 days What a night mare ! Staff are absolutely awful ! Rude ! Obnoxious! Night reception were awful trying to charge my daughters 10 euros for some tomato sauce. The food was like prison food sloppy cold and wouldn’t serve to my worst enemy! The school trips was a joke felt like I was in a youth club not a hotel ! The transfer to the hotel and from was like hell no air conditioning on the bus it was dreadful! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL !!!!

The hotel was clean but would never ever go here again!! Clearly, do not like English people. I was there when the hen party was there and the way the reception guys spoke to them on the night that england played was DISGUSTING!! I felt so sorry for them. They were only having fun!! When they get told off and school kids where there on trip and it the day time ti and nothing gets said to them. The food was awful, and was cold all the time I was up one night with a bad tummy so becarful what you eat. If you are English I would not recommend to go here!!

Don’t book this hotel if you are going on a Hen party Stag do or a special birthday. The majority of the staff do not like English people.The staff are very rude especially the night male receptionist and the security man who were very rude and aggressive.The food was cold and repetitive.The hotel was clean but we were forced to go out at night due to the atmosphere which we didn’t need to do as we were all inclusive.STAY AWAY

Do not use this hotel if you go away in a family group, hen or stag do as you will not be welcome or if you speak English never ever have I felt so uncomfortable in my whole life, Drinks was watered down as the days went on, depending who was serving you took ages to get your drinks even though we was all inclusive Food was cold and not cooked properly not much to choose from Large groups of teenagers taking over the pool and restaurant looks like a school, Some of the staff was beyond rude especially night staff sad as a guy who works there on the bar was fantastic and the guy who did the entertainment was fantastic It’s as though they didn’t want you to enjoy your holiday Will not be returning

Really disappointed with this hotel. Unfortunately the staff let this place down, they are rude to everyone, I even heard the woman behind the bar shouting at a little boy because he walked in the bar to get an ice cream and he was wet. There is no need for attitude like that, they could just politely explain not to because it makes the floor slippery. We were constantly getting told we were too loud by the security staff, we were on holiday and laughing and talking between us but by no means were we being loud or causing any trouble. We got so fed up of how we were being spoken to we ended up going out and spending money in bars, when we had paid for all inclusive! The food was awful, it was just chips and pasta every day, one meat and one fish but everything was always cold. On the last day check out is 11am they cut you off from all inclusive at that point and we weren’t leaving until the afternoon. I have never known that, usually you get all inclusive up to leaving the complex. Won’t be returning.

The hotel it’s self was amazing and clean however food was uneatable and cold and very little meat and dairy options so if you want to be starving this is the place to go . and as an English speaking person I found it very uncomfortable staying here as a lot of people disliked us due to the fact that we spoke English which seems unfair and makes you feel very self conscious especially seen as we were not causing trouble or being loud or anything along those lines . There were multiple school trips here while we were staying and these took up most of the dinner hall . We paid for breakfast and dinner however with dinner we still had to pay for our drinks separately even water . Which should have been made clear before hand seen as the food was crap so would have rather spent that money on a meal somewhere elts where we felt welcomed . Waiting staff in the food hall were rude throwing cutlery at the table instead of laying it like they did for all the other guests who were French or Spanish. The surrounding town is nice however once again if you are English there is no point seen as we got charged $30 to enter a club when everyone else who wasn’t English got in for free . Very disappointed

Out of the whole hotel there was only one friendly male staff member in the bar area, all the others were exceptionally rude and did not realise I speak broken Spanish so know they were talking about us… the food was cold and very poor, paid for all inclusive and some days only ate chips as nothing was cooked properly so daren't risk eating fish or meat, the drinks were watered down… there was some kind of school trip where the pool was taken over by teenagers splashing everyone and being very loud, the pool is also tiny…. England people are not welcome so stay away because you constantly get dirty looks, never felt so uncomfortable on holiday, it’s supposed to be a break from everyday life…oh and the rooms looked clean unless you looked under the bed 🤢 entertainment was good unless you want to get up and dance and have a good time, this is not allowed

I recently traveled with a group to this hotel. Multiple rooms had to be changed due to a bed bug infestation, which the hotel is aware of. The rooms look clean, but are not. My room had bed bugs in the pillows, the mattress and we even found them crawling on the bathroom floor. I requested a room change, which was provided. The original room, with the bed bugs was cleaned and ready for the next unsuspecting guests within 6 hours of me leaving the room. The front desk staff was also quite rude and disrespectful. The location was nice, but not worth the hassle of dealing with the bed bugs. The rooms are small and there is no shower privacy as the shower is in the open.

The only somewhat redeeming qualities of the hotel are how clean it is, the beds are comfy and the all inclusive cocktails were quite strong. Unfortunately most of the staff were miserable, there were only 3 cocktails included in the all inclusive package and the food was utterly disgusting. Pigs feet stew for lunch?! Everything was stone cold and there was hardly any choice. Granted this is a small hotel but to only have one meat and one fish option was ridiculous. There was supposed to be food available in the restaurant during the snack time hours, however all we found was stale cereal and pastries that were left over from the breakfast service. You could get a small ham and cheese toastie from the bar as a snack but everything else you had to pay for. The air con in the room barely worked- it would turn off every half an hour so we had a very disturbed sleep every night as we would get too hot. We booked a double room however it was just two single beds pushed together. There was no entertainment and as it was raining for the majority of our time here so we spent 75% of the time in our room. When the weather did brighten up and we went down to the pool, the pool itself was freezing cold. There is a smaller, jacuzzi like pool next to it which is even colder than the main pool. The entrance to the hotel itself is quite strange as it’s down an alleyway on the *****- however it’s a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend the Malamar beach restaurant, they saved us from starvation. All in all, would not go back even if it was free.

Hotel clean and beds comfy. The hotel seems to accommodate large groups so when we arrived there were huge groups of teens /older kids for a football tournament, this seems to be a regular thing. They took over the restaurant and no chance of being in the pool when they were there. There was a large group of older people who took over the inside communal area to have a conference and told us off for sitting and having a conversation. The weather was cold and this was the bar sitting area so where else would we sit. The other available area had no warm or cold drink facilities for us but could have been used by them to sit and listen to her speech. The hotel has many rules we were a group of 6 and were told off for moving a table so we could sit together however the above named groups could do this. Don’t try pick Up a piece of fruit at the bar - the bar man has to hand it to you. You can only get one drink depending on who is serving you. The deposit for your all inclusive is not returned if you use all inclusive on your day of departure. Food in restaurant is not great, we were there a few nights almost all of us had dodgy tummy’s and had to eat out on last evening to get a proper meal. Really disappointed but feel the hotel and it’s rules created most of the actual issues

This seems like a long review but there are a lot of points to take note of. I expected after paying for a 4 star holiday to have a 4 star standard, disappointing it was not. We arrived about 11am and were advised our room wouldn’t be available until between 1-2pm. Our cases were locked in a luggage room across from the reception area. ROOM: When we got into our room it was well presented and clean and we had a nice view out to the beach. However there was no kettle or tea/coffee making facilities. As a 4 star hotel I would expect this to be a basic. After asking at reception we hired a kettle for €10 for the week. The toilet/shower room is a strange set up. The toilet has a privacy door that can be closed over however the shower cubicle does not. If others in the room are getting ready infront of the only mirror in the room, they are looking directly into the reflection of whoever is in the shower. Our towels were changed each day. On our first night when trying to turn the air con on it did not switch on. We tried to phone down to reception to ask for assistance. However there are no numbers documented anywhere in the room on how to phone reception. As a result we had to go back down to reception only to be informed that the air con is currently switched off. This is the managers decision and he will not be turning the AC on for at least another few weeks despite reception even stating there has been many complaints about this. This is totally unacceptable as the hotel is advertised as having Air con and meant to be 4 stars. If it’s down to the managers discretion if it’s turned on or not this should be stipulated beside the Air con information for the hotel. The air con took 3 days to be turned on. After speaking with other guests who were English they said they had complained about the AC and were given a fan despite us being told they do not have anything like that according to the manager. At the time of our holiday the hotel seemed to have a lot of German and French customers. FOOD: ALLERGIES One of our party has a bad nut allergy and on our first visit to the restaurant when trying to explain this to the lady who seemed to be the head of the restaurant it was very very difficult. I completely understand there are language barriers but we were asked was it a gluten intolerance after stating nuts. Surely Staff working in a restaurant should be aware of severity of allergies. Surely a buffet style restaurant should have foods labeled for this reason. The restaurant has a sign outside with allergens so I am unsure why they could not easily inform about appropriate foods for the person with the allergy if they claim to be able to provide the appropriate information. A jet 2 representative phoned after we phoned them to log concern re this. They advised they would be in to the hotel to speak to the restaurant staff. That night food labels were hand written for those that contained nuts. Every night after this there has been no ind
