We stay there in dec due to a storm , hotel very dirty garbage in hallways half the hotel rented to new arrival immigrants very loud at night they have security guard on every floor Room was done half ass cleaning Wrote to them several time send pictures but don't have the curtosy to respond and call back Couldn't communicate with front desk poeple half them don't speak French or English they couldn't even print me a receipt Ask them to remove garbage that was there all day and the next morning stink was so bad

We stayed two nights. Shuttle from/to airport was nice. Room and breakfast was acceptable. Many mentioned migrants in the hotel. Didn't encounter any to my knowledge. The hotel located in an industrial area.

Our flight with Air Canada was canceled for the 2nd time and they gave us a voucher for this hotel. The lobby had a strong putrid cigarette smell. The check in desk was dirty with dried on food and other unknown crust. The gentleman at the desk was nice and quick. We walked into the room to find a very dirty stained up carpeting and the previous person's items in the bathroom behind the door. We were exhausted and at the end of our rope or I would have left to find a different hotel. I went to use the room phone to call the desk and found it was disgustingly dirty. The TV channel's did not include CNN, Fox, CBS, NBC, ABC or any local news channel. Then our TV stopped working. The employee at the desk said he needed to wait for the maintenance worker to return from driving the shuttle. He never came down so I asked again at 5am and they did come to fix it. The hotel has a breakfast but I would not eat there. When I went to close my suitcase to leave two cockroaches ran on the wall. There was also a dead one in the bathroom. When leaving we saw many other people from the canceled flight and they also wanted to leave the hotel as their rooms had cockroaches also. The entire room was not clean. It's old and I don't know if it can be considered clean like that. There is a buildup of disgusting liquids and foods everywhere. It seems like they are so busy they are just trying to survive instead of having pride on how the hotel presents itself.

This review is meant to prevent anyone from staying at this hotel. I only put a 1 because I couldn't put a 0. We went there with family and a group of friends before catching a flight and to leave our vehicle there for parking while we were away on a trip. There is something going on at this hotel! Restaurants and gym were shut. No one was allowed to sit and chat in the lobby, we were ushered and told to go to our rooms. Dark curtains were across part of the hallways so you couldn't go further down, however people were behind the curtains. Lots of men lurking in the parking lot. Upon returning, our friend's car was stolen. Hotel was NOT helpful. When police arrived, many of the men hanging out in the parking lot and staff scurried away. This hotel and staff does nothing to keep cars safe despite what appears to be a large amount of 'security guards' in the lobby and parking lot. In my opinion, they are probably in on stealing the cars. Nearby hotels where other friends stayed, were offered wheel clamps to prevent their car from being stolen, but not this place. Please, please, book another hotel! I hope this review will stop people from booking this hotel and keep your vehicle safe, you don't want to return from your trip and have to deal with this!

Booked as a day room as we had a long layover in Montreal. Trying to check in was horrendous. We were 15 mins early and the host would not let us sit in lobby to wait to check in and started yelling at us. When we finally did check in it was a room with a queen when we had booked double beds so the other person in the party had to sleep on the floor. Room was dirty and the front desk clerk was horrendous. I would not stay here again. I’d rather sleep on an airport floor than come here to be treated that bad with such a filthy room.

My husband and I ended up trying to book a hotel for a night due to layover time and exhaustion of international flights. We picked this hotel because saw some decent reviews on google for a decent price. Was able to get the shuttle to pick us up from the airport in a timely manner. Walked into the lobby and it looked decent with small pond and fountain and clean area. So far we were off to a good start and staff was friendly. We got to our room and the smell was instant, it was like stale but sour. We were so tired from travel we decided to just open the window and sleep. I opened the window but there was no screen so we decided not to keep it open for safety reasons because we were on the first floor. The mirror on the wall looked like it was ripped off the wall. I took off my shoes and walked to the bathroom, I walked back to the bed and sat down. I started to take off my socks and realized the bottoms were wet. I thought to myself, did my feet sweat that much on the flight? I looked at the floor and all of the carpet was wet, not just one section. The carpet also had numerous different kind of stains. Everything was so disgusting, but again we were so tired. Due to the conditions ,we used our blanket from our flight I accidentally had and slept on top of it and used our winter jackets as a blanket. We had to get up early for our connecting flight, my husband tried using the toilet and it wouldn’t flush. I’ve never had so many horrible and gross things happen in a hotel in one night. When we checked out we tried to address it with the front desk and he gave us an email to contact. This hotel should have a total of 1 star.

Many of the hotels in proximity to the airport are being used for migrants entering the country.We were surprised that the hotel was booked thoughout October as we discovered the migrants occupied two and half out of three floors.It did not detract us as until the manager explained to us the situation as well as some heartbreaking stories we were not aware as their behaviour was exemplary in spite of their circumstances. We took a dayroom with day use website and were very satisfied with amenities and facilities and comfort of mattress and quality of bed linen at a reasonable day rate In addition there was a free half hourly shuttle from the airport

We stayed here after a long flight to the nearby airport. It is located about a $15 uber ride from the airport. We had a ground floor room and had to call for service since one of the windows was jammed open. Someone did arrive and we felt safer. The location is in a seedy area of Dorval with mostly industrial places nearby. There was no restaurant operating at the hotel when we stayed there. Breakfast buffet was plain but good. our room was clean but the whole place appears to be a little worn down. The hotel has a number of security guards on the floors. the shuttle service is good.

Clearly they are undergoing renovations, we stayed in a newly renovated room that was not quite finished but it will look nice once it's done. The bed was clean and comfortable and the shower was nice and spacious. Since this is close to the airport and flights can be early, I would suggest that they offer a "breakfast bag" to those clients who leave too early and miss the breakfast included. A muffin, yogurt and juice would be a nice gesture when you need to be at the airport for 4am :-)

I missed a connecting flight on the Grand Prix weekend in Montreal. This hotel was about 200 dollars cheaper than anything else available (but still over 400 dollars). It’s very near the airport and the staff were polite and helpful. However neither the air con or heating worked. Only half the lights in the room worked. The bathroom door didn’t close. The whole place was tired and, apart from the bed, was not very clean. There was a door onto a balcony and it had gaps around it so you could hear all the aircraft landing and the freeway trucks all night. I would stay here again if I had no alternative but not by choice.

Stayed there 2 times, still as dirty. Parking lot not clean, snow and ice every where. Garbage and garbage bags everywhere but in the bins in the parking lot. Side door does not close because of ice and snow. Handicap rail icey and full of snow. Cigarette butts everywhere at front door. Rooms have hairs everywhere. Be carefull while taking a shower, water becomes boling hot. Dail on wall for heat/AC does not work. Had a reservation for 4 people but only 2 towel sets in bathroom.

J’adore les oreillers de cette hotel et le fait que les shampooing et savon soit dans des distributeurs bravo a cet hotel quand tu pars tot de là bas tu as un petit sac dejeuner ceci inclus un muffin et un petit jus pas grand chose mais c’est l’attention qui compte je trouve c’est très apprécié avec le service de navette offert gratuitement

Arrivée dans la nuit dans cet hôtel suite à une annulation de vol je ne peux que remercier Milena pour sa gentillesse. Ultra patiente au téléphone pour réserver et envoyer le chauffeur de la navette gratuite Stanly. Cette navette se prend porte 8. L’hôtel est très correct. Hélas trop cher mais c’était lié au Grand Prix qui se tenait ce week end là . Le petit déjeuner est quant à lui très bien .

Chambre 249 devant des chambres en rénovation. Marteaux et musique à 7h am. Chambre sale. Aucune aide du gérant en service. Déjeuner pauvre. Frais de stationnement pendant le voyage 20$/jr Bruit d’avion au 20 sec . Vu sur les poubelles
