It was the best place I visited here. All was good The only problem was with Trip.com. I booked full board - and i get only breakfast

It’s was a beautiful resort, They have many swimming pool and many restaurants and many activities 😍👍, but the resort far from the city:)

There is only one problem in Lopota - one day one needs to leave. It is a true heaven. All is on the levels above the expectation. A lot of different outdoor activities, spa is also great, heated swimming pools are very good especially in October when it’s already not too hot during the day. Fantastic place

Our family has stayed here 17 days during 2022 and 2023 and overall it is a wonderful setting for a great vacation. The only reason I do not give it five stars is that the communication from the Lopota Resorts Headquarters in Tbilisi for reservations is very poor and unprofessional. It takes them sometimes 4 days to reply to an email and they do not read the emails carefully which gives the impression that they want to get rid off your customer requests quickly. Their customer service at the HQ reservations is unprofessional, rude, not rational nor flexible to accommodate guests. To obtain 5 stars the resort would also need to have better mattresses as the ones we have had during our 3 stays here have been quite worn out in the queen sized mattresses. Asking for a late checkout (1PM instead of noon) we were given an extra 30 minutes which felt odd. 2 hours should be adequate time to clean a room. However, the positives of the place are great. Beautiful scenery, clean place (thanks to all the hard working employees at the resort), excellent food. The friendliness of the staff members varies. At the restaurant Dining Hall the staff members are professional, polite, attentive and great. The cleaning service is excellent and the drivers of the electric busses great! This resort has a lot of activities for the children (swimming, kindergarten, football, basketball, horses, trampoline… you name it, they have it). Thanks for a wonderful stay! The resort is set amongst the mountains with a beautiful lake in the middle. It is a truly gorgeous setting. huge rooms, fabulous breakfast. Since it is a resort, there are many activities available. The Georgian restaurant in the resort serves very good food. We should have spent one more day here.

My experience in this hotel was super exceptional. It is located in the middle of nature in Georgia. It's made of multiple disconnected buildings and the view of each is different. It is really safe because entry exit are well-controlled by security points. There are multiple restaurants of different cuisines. It has up to six swimming pools, kids area, horse riding, fishing, and biking. Around the lake there are multiple areas to sit and have coffee or snacks. The manager and the staff are highly professional, well trained, and polite.

I am very dissatisfied with the hotel’s language policy. We were group of 13 people and had 6 rooms sat in the Old Bar restaurant and asked whether it is possible to play a video on a provided screen. They said only in an english and georgian language videos can be played on Tv. Considering the fact that there were no one else only us they didn’t let us play our turkish song in there. I would say it is more than a rascistic, even a fascism, no any hotel can prohibit or differentiate any language or nation with another, they don’t have such right. If this is the case then they should not allow any other nation to check in the hotel! We were very dissatisfied and discriminated.

The place is fantastic and out of this world. Beautiful clean peaceful Friendly staff and helpful Heaven on earth really Recommended to all people friends families couples Loved it so much Hope to have the chance to come again when in Georgia

The place abuses animals (horses, stray dogs) and mistreats its staff, making them endure extremely dangerous working conditions and underpays them severely. Some of the staff members have suffered severe health damages. This is absolutely unacceptable. Do better!

The best place to be in Georgia if you want to relax and connect with the nature. It is not our first time and we will definitely will stay again if get a chance to travel back to Georgia. The resort GM, Ms Natalia and her team (Miranda from Reception was very helpful) doing an Excellent outstanding job ensuring the all guests are looked after. My special thanks to Ms Natalia and Director of Culinary, Mr Jorge for their special care during our stay with us. It was one more unforgettable stay celebrating a special moment in life. I highly recommend to stay if you like Nature since Resort is about full nature with 40 hectares. Many pools and different cuisines not to be mentioned. Activities for kids and adults are many to name. Definitely the best Resort to stay.

Bad service by receptionist lady. location is excellent Nice view from the room good internet speed , nice restaurants. I am giving a bad rating cause of the front office lady constantly laughing and giggling staring at us. I feel sorry for the hotel owner where he spends millions of dollars for the hotel but cant recruit professional employees. Pls remove such employees as it will spoil the image of this fine hotel.

Food - very limited menu in the restaurants and compared to a good restaurants very expensive in Georgia and we know it because this time we were two weeks in Georgia and its not the first time we visit this country. All the kitchens in restaurants are closed at 23.00 we put our kids to sleep and than realized that we don’t have any place to go to eat. The dining room closed at 22.00 what’s the deal with that !? No elevators in the building our room was in a third floor, no where mentioned that there were no elevators in the complex we wouldn’t take this duplex from the beginning if we knew this in advance . If its raining and the temperature is under 25c you can’t swim in the pool since its not wormed and there is no indoor pool so basically if it’s raining there is nothing to do in your complex The spa is extremely expensive the prices are closed to the prices that we saw in spa in paris

Beautiful resort with super attentive and polite staff. Loved everything about the resort, tried most of the restaurants. Breakfast was wonderful. The rest of food options could be slightly better. Rooms are not too fancy or luxurious, but are clean and comfortable.

Very beautiful and well set but bit far from city and service not great. As vegetarians we faced dinner challenges but breakfast was amazing. Eti in the wine cellar castle was especially amazing . Very very big looks and lots of activities to do in summer time
