The room was excellent! 👍 Beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, with a soft bed. The facilities were complete, and everything was clean and tidy. The environment was quiet and relaxing. The service was thoughtful, attentive, and enthusiastic. The location is superb and convenient for transportation. I will definitely visit again.

There are so many things. I don't even know where to start. This is an absolute disaster of a place. THe whole time they had renovations on my floor, loud knocks until very late at night. The place smells like a sewage all the time! Then tried to checkout at 9am, also wanted to leave the baggage there for couple hours, looked around for at least 40-45 min to search for an employee. Couldn't find anyone in reservation, kitchen or anywhere else. Then, when I finally found an employee, she was looking for a person at the desk with me, she couldn't speak English and didn't know what to do. In the meantime, I was late on my appointments, and had to go back on the 4th floor with my baggage and leave it there (oh by the way, the elevator was also out of service). Then rushed back at 11:05 am, and asked for late checkout, and told them about the morning. They didn't give one sh..t, and asked for extra 55$ for late checkout until 1pm. Got my baggage and got out of this place. Will never, ever, ever come back here. Also, with. Why are they asking for deposit, when I have already paid for stay here?!

Good buffet but no fruit Good clean room and bathroom Reception staff not overly friendly or pleasant but were helpful and let us arrive early. Lobby bathroom being renovated and lift not clean Sloppy service on arrival.

Bad cleanliness, great location, old furniture.

NO PARKING, they were rude when I asked where to park. You would have to walk about three blocks and hope no one stole or broke into your vehicle. The desk was unoccupied when we arrived had to wait ten minutes. I chose to leave and find another room elsewhere, cost me a night’s rent but was a lot better off.

Good location because close to the metro and well-connected area. Good hotel overall, however, big negative point for breakfast because of poor quality and very little choice.
