nice hotel!

Nice environment, coffee available, close to the train station

This was a lovely place to stay - 2 minutes from the main railway station and a pleasant 20 minute stroll to the beach. Our bedroom was very nice, if a little small, and the shower was A1. A small criticism would be a failure to top up the drinks tray with coffee, tea and milk each day and there was no safe for valuables or a fridge. Breakfast is quite expensive at €17, especially if you only want juice, coffee and a couple of croissants in the morning, like my wife, but those with a larger appetite are offered a wonderful array, including eggs cooked to order. All the staff were really friendly and helpful - they were clearly very keen to ensure we enjoyed ourselves, which we did!

Excellent little hotel. Incredible value for money, everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The breakfast was truly incredible with a fantastic selection of loose leaf tea, home baked brioche, and lots of other goodies. Very clean. Very short walk to main train station. Could not ask for more. Perfect.

This is a charming place, off the street so very quiet, with its own garden/patio. The rooms (we were in two of them) look better than they do in the photograph. The breakfasts are absolutely wonderful, presided over by Delphine who creates abundant baked goods. Coffee and tea are NOT rationed as they are in some places. The rest of the staff is also lovely, capable, efficient, helpful. The location is very close to the railroad station for getaways to other places. It's near some pleasant family-owned restaurants, too.

Lovely garden. Welcoming staff. High ceilings make the room feel larger. Bright and clean. Location near railroad station is convenient and still an easy walk to the promenade.

Loved the friendly staff…first impressions-the hotel looked dated outside and we had to phone to be let in .. The shower gel/hand wash were not topped up in our room so was using the bottom of both . Good for a couple of nights

Had a really enjoyable time. The staff was nice, the room were clean and cute, the garden was beautiful and relaxing, the breakfast was excellent. I recommend it to anyone who want a cozy place to stay in the center of Nice.

A pleasure to stay here! Great service with attention to detail, all renovated and cosy rooms. The breakfast in the garden is the ‘cherry on the cake’ ! Will definitely go back next year and highly recommend !

I have never slept in a more comfortable bed. The team was very friendly and solution oriented. All areas inside and outside were interesting. It was at the bottom of the train station. I stayed at a very reasonable price for this service. I’m very thankful to Damean, Julie and Rania. See you next.

The hotel is located on a two minute walk from the train station and a 5 minute walk from the city centre. Beautifully renovated and very cozy. High quality materials. The hotel had a lovely sunny patio garden with lots of plants and trees (we even had a view over the garden from our room). Perfect for your morning coffee. The bed was amazing, so was the shower. Very good water pressure! Which is rare for a hotel. Breakfast was simple but from good quality. They'll make it even better in the future. They're planning on making fresh brunch. There was literally nothing to complain about. Special thanks to the staff, super lovely, helpful and kind. Extra thanks to Damien who gave us a very very warm welcome! We'll definitely come back! 10/10 don't hesitate, just book!

Loved the hotel. Tastefully decorated and very clean. The suites are spacious. A bit hard to find the entrance, you need to go through the parking and turn right. The immediate area is safe but not the prettiest in Nice. Everything is around a twenty minute walk from the hotel.
