My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Maison Durante. After the booking, I emailed the hotel whether it was possible to extend one more night of staying. The receptionists replied instantly and left a reservation for us. Despite we did not take the night-extension after consideration, I was very thankful for their help. On the previous day of arrival, Yohan welcomed us through whatsapp and all the details were explained clearly. He guided us to the room and we were amazed by the cleanliness and how spacious the room was. My friend and I had very comfortable nights. It was very close to the train station and just a 15 minutes walk to the seaside, so its a fantastic location! I will come again next time for sure, thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful experience staying here. Although our plans had some unforeseen issues, Emma was extremely accommodating and thoughtful throughout all of our interactions. The hotel has a nice ambience and vibe. The location is suitable and convenient. The cleanliness is great. My wife and I particularly enjoyed the soap and scented lotion.

there were no hot water in the morning when i wanted to shower, also the heating on the ac was not working. other than these, very clean and cosy hotel that we enjoyed our stay. thank you

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff were very helpful. Perfect location in a safe area. Room was small but lovely with beautiful view of the garden. Would definitely return 👍

Incredibly cozy hotel, like its own oasis even though it is very close to the train station. Friendly staff and nice rooms. We ate breakfast elsewhere 🤗

A beautifully charming little hotel in Nice with a stunning courtyard. Nice Ville train station is directly adjacent, about 200 meters from the hotel, and one stop from the airport. Great atmosphere, delicious breakfast if you know how it works. Unfortunately, we didn't know that we could also order à la carte in addition to the sweet breakfast, so we deducted one point for service, as this was only explained to us after we asked. The ladies were all very friendly. The service from a young man at breakfast, I think his name was Johann, was not friendly. Otherwise, the hotel is definitely recommendable. Everything is within walking distance.

I woke up in the middle of the night to find a bedbug crawling all over me and under the covers. I turned on the light, but it scurried away so fast I tried to swat it but failed and it scurried under the bed. The next day, I broke out in several large, painful, and itchy blisters. The receptionist even said, "Why didn't you call for help when you found it last night?!" In the middle of the night! Were you supposed to be half-asleep and ask the receptionist to crawl under the bed to look for the bedbug? What a terrible experience!

The hotel front desk was friendly and welcoming, but the facilities in the room were average, not dirty but not very clean either. Because of the garden, there were flying insects, so the windows needed to be closed. The price-performance ratio was average.

We only stayed one night and did not book breakfast. The welcome upon arrival was excellent. Nice and clean room, fantastic shower. The only inconvenience was the bathroom exhaust fan which was very noisy, unfortunately we realized it at 11pm and so we preferred not to call anyone and with the bathroom door closed it was a little less audible.

There is no hotel lobby or front desk, it is more like a B&B, and the owner makes breakfast himself. The alley in front of the door is like a gravel road, pushing suitcases is exhausting!

Отель не более 3*. Находится близко к жд вокзалу Nice Ville. Чтобы найти отель, необходимо с основной улицы завернуть в "закуток". Ресепшн находится в basement отдельно в здании от расположения номеров. Столкнулись при заселении с равнодушием молодого человека, который долго разговаривал по телефону, а по окончании решал вопросы со своими сотрудниками (мы молча наблюдали за этим и ждали заселения). Лифт есть. Удобно то, что для входа в здание где номера и вход в саму комнату происходит по коду цифр, т. е. не надо прикладывать карту ко входу (вам на мессенджер высылают номер кодов). Сам номер чистый при заселении, но при проживании его не убирают, т.к. клининг (уборка отеля) почему-то возможна только по запросу (впервые с таким сталкиваемся, тем более для отеля типа 4*). В номере есть чайник, но нет холодильника и это было очень большим недостатком, т к летом при температуре 30+ градусов очень хотелось из холодильника достать прохладной воды. Номер тихий если у вас тихие соседи. Прежде чем бронировать данный отель, подумайте тщательно.
