The staff are wonderful, both kind and efficient. The reception were helpful and made one feel so welcome on arrival. Getting there at night can be tricky as google maps is wrong while there are few signposts showing the way. The setting is fantastic and what a tranquil and relaxing place! Great place to see Nyungwe forest from.

Relaxing atmosphere, good service and cosy rooms. Easy to recommend for anyone who’s looking for a peace of mind location, Lake Kivu swimming, silence and simplicity. We stayed for one night as we were heading to Nyungwe forest for park trailing. Next time for two nights.

We loved it! When walking into our spacious room we saw the garden and lake through the vernda door. The owner Daniel was great- very friendly to talk to and also played fotball with my son. Apart from swimming, enjoying all the different birds and kayaking on the lake during a beautiful morning we also likes the green and spacious area. The staff was super attentive and the chef cooked the best food we had in Rwanda. I Highly and warmly recommend this place!
