The location is farer than other hotels from Ota station. But acceptable, around 5-10min walk from the station. 7-11 is nearby.

It's close by, about a 10-minute walk from the station.
Breakfast starts at 6, so it's easy to get going in the morning.
The rooms are clean.
My room was squeaky after using the shampoo,
so if that bothers you, I recommend bringing your own shampoo.
