"Booked 2 rooms of twin bed. Rooms were clean, firm mattresses, great shower pressure. Great breakfast! Really enjoyed the pork porridge and the many fruit varieties. However to note, the toilet window is fixed open, so cool wind will enter the toilet, making it super cold and unbearable. The aircon has no heater function so can be really cold in the room. If want to come during the cold period of Nov, do take note."

"I had such wonderful time here, that I extended my stay twice. The atmosphere here is calm and everyone is so nice and helpful. The stuff always did their best to help with any sort of question, big or small. The room was nice and cozy even during some rainy days. You can rent a bike at the reception, all of Pai's key attractions are only 10-15 minutes ride away. It was a truly amazing stay, I am sad to leave."

"Overall we through enjoyed our stay, rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are lovely. However, for the price you pay, not receiving house keeping each day (new towels, toilet paper, fresh water etc.) was a bit of a let down. The reception shuts at 9PM and the numbers provided were not contactable one night we called/required assistance. The pool was fine but the hotels blocks the sun so the pool is in the shade for the majority of the day (from about 1PM). The pool was also very cold and slightly murky a few days into our stay. The location is perfect, it backs off of walking street so you can get there in 30 seconds but it's far away enough you don't hear the bars or general noise. We would stay here again."

"The environment is okay, not far from the city, but it is a pity that it is not managed properly. There are lipstick stains on the cups, the room has a peculiar smell, the areas are in disrepair and need to be renovated, the local counter reception is a mess, and the service attitude is indifferent and needs to be improved 😎. I believe that after the renovation... This is the most ideal landmark for accommodation🙏."

"Perfect quiet, romantic spot. Throw back, colonial feel to the rooms and restaurant but luxury none the less. We booked the 2 room terrace. The rooms are not adjoining but had a private terrace that connects the room. The amenities are thoughtful and good quality. We enjoyed the food and service of the restaurant and we liked that the staff knew who we were and what our room number was. It is a short ride to the town ( which we loved) and the shuttle was always available."

"Renovated at 2023 is the biggest scam. Guys stay far from this “resort”. We check in and the walls has holes and from there coming mosquitos. We mention this at reception and they change us room. In new room was marks from “*****” up of the bed the plugs was broken and the bathroom was full of mold. You can see all these at photos. We booked 2 nights and we left early in the morning on second day because in room also was 14 degrees and aircondition has only cold mode and not heat. Stay far if you want to enjoy your holidays in pai"

"Room is sub standard, worse than hostels. Unable to lock or secure the door once inside. No safe available. Bathroom is basic, at best. Air con, fridge, fan and surrounding area are all extremely noisy and room has zero soundproofing. Pillows are like bricks. Breakfast stated to start at 7, an hour later nothing available!"

"I stayed here for a week in November just before peak season. These cottages are family-run and offer a variety of cabins at different price points, all budget. The family are lovely and have built several new cabins this year. The cabin I stayed in was brand new at the back of the property. Really comfortable bed with mosquito net, fan for cooling and good water pressure. There was a lot of hanging space, a small table and stool, and several power points including USB charging - things you don't normally get at this price point. The cottages are a few minutes' walk from Walking Street and the centre of Pai, just across the river. There's road access at the back but most people enter across a pedestrian swing bridge. A new swing bridge was being built beside it when I was there. Excellent location and great quality for this price point."

"The hotel is a bit old and far from Pai town. It's quiet and peaceful. The road to the room is deep inside, passing by abandoned rooms, which was a little scary. The breakfast was good."
