This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home can comfortably sleep 8 people and includes 2 Primary Suites. The first primary is a private Zen-like suite set apart from all the other bedrooms. It offers a king size bed, high ceilings, along with a 32” Smart TV and remote controlled ceiling fan and light. Large closets allow you to settle right in. The on-suite bathroom features a convenient, private door to the outdoor patio and pool area, making it easy for those midnight dips in the pool.
The second primary suite boasts a luxurious pillow-top California King bed, a 32” Smart TV, and remote controlled ceiling fan and light. The on-suite includes a deep soaker tub with plenty of extra counter and storage space. This bedroom retreat offers its own private patio through sliding glass doors, with seating to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee in the morning or a night cap before turning in.
The other two bedrooms are just as luxurious and both feature queen size beds with plenty of closet space and natural light. Both are equipped with 32” Smart TVs and remote controlled ceiling fans/lights. They share a stylish bathroom that also includes a deep soaker tub.
The open concept living/dining area features a vaulted ceiling complete with a skylight, creating a bright airy environment. The sleek, modern wood-tone furnishings exude a chic and sophisticated, laid back California lifestyle. Tall windows look out onto the pool and patio with sweeping mountain views in the background. A cozy gas fire place sets the mood for those family nights playing cards or watching a movie on the 50” Smart TV. The 87” long dining table is large enough for your entire party to sit and eat pizza or to host a formal holiday meal.
An updated eat-in kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a large center island with additional seating. Large windows let in plenty of light with views of the outdoor citrus trees and mountains. There is ample room for guests to hang out in this well stocked kitchen with everything you need at your fingertips. You can roast a turkey, bake a pie or serve up blended happy hour drinks! It’s up to you. A full length glass door opens out onto the pool and covered patio.
The secluded back yard with mature foliage and plants, gives guests complete privacy while offering stunning, panoramic mountain views. It features a lagoon like, sexy, black bottom, pebble tech salt water pool and spa. *There is an optional (non-taxed) heating fee for the pool and hot tub: $60 daily pool/hot tub heating charge (optional) or hot tub only $35 daily heating charge (optional) Recommended Oct-May* Guests can sunbathe and relax by the pool on the comfy, cushioned, deluxe chaise lounges, complete with side tables and umbrellas. Set down your drink and pick up that book or magazine you’ve been meaning to read. After the sun goes down, gather around the adjacent gas fire pit, perfect for those late night private chats.
The covered patio includes outdoor dining/living areas with an overhead fan and lights. Snuggle up on the large sectional couch and watch those beautiful sunsets with a glass of wine. Wonderful Host and Great Property
We had such an amazing weekend. The place was fantastic - clean and comfortable. Clearly the host and manger care about their guests. It was the perfect getaway. Definitely saving this location for the future vacations.

30th birthday
I visited this property with my friends and family for my 30th birthday- it was nothing less than perfect. I will DEFINITELY be back!! We had the best time. Rooms, pool, location, were spectacular. 10/10.

We spent a few days in this clean and very nicely appointed house. The check in process and instructions were easy and the location was convenient to free ways and Palm Springs. It is located in a residential neighborhood so there are restrictions which were fine for us. The airport is also close so you can expect some plane noise. Overall, I would highly recommend it:)

Relaxation
One we got in touch with the property manager (almost an hour after check in) we were pleasantly surprised to see such a clean and spacious home. We had a very relaxing weekend that was well needed by all! The property is close to downtown. Would definitely recommend.

Great vacation destination
I've stayed in Palm Springs several times, and this was the best house I've stayed in. The location, host's responsiveness, and layout were great. Having two master suites was really nice. The pool and outdoor area was perfect for dining and relaxing. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking, but the house is also a 10 minute drive to the center of downtown Palm Springs if you want to eat out. I will definitely rent this house again when I am back in Palm Springs!

Very nice place in a nice location
House was very nice -clean with everything we needed. As a group of 4 couples it was nice that there were two master suites plus a 3rd full bath. The yard was a great place to hang out. Host was very responsive even though we really didn’t need to contact him past check-in

Great Stay Once Again
We returned for our annual friends' gathering and it felt like home. Everything was just as clean, comfortable, and aesthetic as our first visit here. The attention to detail is impeccable and greatly appreciated. All of our needs were anticipated, and we hope to be back in the future.
