Ibis Périgueux Centre Reviews

Really good location down by the river but just a short walk up to old town Perigueux. Friendly, professional staff, good setup. Rooms nice and comfortable, twins have a good view out to the cathedral. Good value for money and usually you can park right outside for free if you get lucky! Nice outside terrace for morning breakfast.

I booked a room for 24-26 th August and made sure that it was possible to cancel as my itinerary could change.I paid in advance. My itinerary did change and I cancelled and recieved confirmation that it was within the time limits. I booked the 27-29th august and stayed there. The hotel are refusing to refund me and refuse to have any correspondence with me. The Accor group head office have confirmed that my cancellation met the criteria on and I should receive a refund but 2.5months later the hotel will not respond. Rip off

This hotel can be recommended. It is located in the centre of the old town of Perigueux. It is close to the river and it is not very expensive. We liked it. The staff was very helpful when parking our electric bikes.

Ideal location for visiting all that Perigieux has to offer. Room are small but clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Dog friendly.We were lucky enough to have a room over looking the river. Parking can be problem but there is a car park nearby. They also have an electric charging point (12E).

This Ibis is the centre of Périgueux, ideal for shops, restaurants and the historic centre. The public areas are airy and spacious. There are lovely views from the rooms overlooking the river. The only problems we had were we were given a room that was already occupied (fortunately the room was unoccupied when we went in) and we had to ask for our bienvenue boisson card which we should have presented to us at check in. Apart from that the staff were pleasant and friendly

Last minute decision to stay the night in Périgueux. We love it here!! Weve stayed at the Ibis here before but not for a while. Clean comfy room and we slept well. Staff doing their very best to carry on during the pandemic. The breakfast was rather compromised and quite expensive for the choices available.

Great location and good hotel. Very clean, helpful staff. Breakfast selection was great, self service and plentiful. Great view of the river from our room. Good standard of ibis hotel compared to others. Limited parking outside, but plenty of public parking nearby.

Chambre 5 attribuée située au niveau -1 A éviter. Isolation mauvaise, chambre minuscule pas digne d un 3 étoiles. Réveillé à 0600 par camion poubelle stationné juste au niveau de la fenêtre et bruit d’écoulement des toilettes des chambres du dessus. Bref : passez votre chemin

Un hôtel au pied du centre historique de Périgueux et le long de la rivière. Donc on pose la voiture et on fait tout à pied. Personnel adorable, calme et propre. Petit déjeuner copieux sur terrasse ensoleillée. Je ne peux que recommander chaleureusement

Comme toujours un Ibis classique. Chambre peut-être un peu petite, mais quand on n'y passe pas beaucoup de temps, ça va. Seul vrai défaut, où on donne sur la rue, ou sûr un parking arrière tout le temps éclairé et avec les bruits de machinerie de la clim. Terrasse extérieure et zone bar bien agréable (un peu cher). Petit déjeuner habituel, qui gagnerait à se diversifier un peu.

Les chambres sont très petites, on arrive à peine à faire le tour du lit. La climatisation envoyait du chaud au lieu de rafraichir. La salle de bains avec le wc à l'intérieur est ridiculement petite. Il n'y a pas de parking gratuit, il faut se garer sur le quia devant l'hôtel. Point positif le petit-déjeuner est varié et de qualité. Le tarif du bar est exorbitant 5.50€ la bière 25cl Cet hôtel ne mérite pas 3*

Très bon emplacement ! Non loin du centre ville historique. Au bord de la rivière. Jolie vue. Accueil sympathique. Chambres calmes. Bonne literie. Mais pas très grandes et moyennement équipées.

siamo stati recentemente. Ho trovato la persona dell'accoglienza molto molto gentile, l'hotel bello e ben tenuto (qualche dettaglio curato) , camere pulite e ho dormito molto bene. non ho provato la colazione ma mi ritengo soddisfatta!

Hôtel correct bien que les chambres son vieillissantes , personnel moyennement sympathique et accueillant, cuisine correcte mais avec de très petites portions, salle de réunion avec une très mauvaise acoustique et non ventilée … et le pire, pour une arrivée tardive le jeudi , on vous refuse une bouteille d’eau car le bar est fermé de même que le logiciel compta me dit le réceptionniste !!! Sérieux ?!?!
