Good place to stay. Afford the price and it's comfortable, I recommend!

Such a nice and cozy place, avoiding the noise of the traffic but very closed to all the facilities and just 5 minutes driving from Patong beach.

Great short or long term spot. A few roads away from the loud tourist area. Friendly staff, great location, comfortable bed, This place is fantastic. I have traveled all over Thailand and this is a great hotel/guest house establishment.

A decent place for stay. The beach is roughly 10 min walking distance. It is also fairly close to popular restaurants, and the bangla night market. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a room on the fifth floor so the stairs were a bit tiring but the mountain view rooms were amazing.

The staff was exceptionally warm and attentive, making check-in a breeze. My room, though modest, was impeccably clean and surprisingly cozy. the hotel's central location was a definite plus for exploring nearby attractions. It's a wonderful option for those seeking a budget-friendly stay with a touch of comfort and friendly service.

Super friendly and very very helpful staff. Room was very cheap also very nice and very clean with a beautiful view. Away from all the noise yet only a 2 min walk from otop plaza. Ill definitely be staying here again.

This place is maybe $10-12 but not $35 Acc works soooo bad, bathrom stinks, no elevator, looks sooooo old. I don’t recommend this place at all…

Value for money hotel. 7 11 nearby , 1km from Patong Beach. Great service. Clan and spacious rooms. All basic amenities like electric kettle ,tv,mini fridge ,hot water were present.

The price is not expensive in the high season, I can understand it, at least compared to other hotels

You may feel uncomfortable on the first day because the hotel is not located on the main road, but later you will find that it is very quiet and it only takes 1 minute to walk to the main road.

In the high season of patong, no expensive prices are charged, suitable for people who travel short distances, you can reach 7-11 in 1 minute walk

You can see the mountain view of Patong from the window, and every morning, the sun will shine into your room

If you need breakfast, you can prepare it yourself on the first floor. There is a refrigerator in the room to store your food.
