"The hotel was dirty, both inside and out. There was a missing sheet on the bed. There was only one TV channel (out of seven). The room wasn't cleaned for three days. There was nothing at breakfast, and the last meal was refunded by the receptionist. The only positive point was Bryan, who stayed and was on call during my first three days. Kudos to this employee who did his best to make my stay as pleasant as possible."

"Small, very nice hotel for a trip to Kayserberg. The rooms were rather small, but modern and very clean - it even had a coffee machine, which we really appreciated - separate toilet which unfortunately had no heating and was of course very cold in winter. The breakfast was sufficient - various breads, sausage and cheese - muesli etc. - the buffet was constantly replenished. Centrally located, in a beautiful reconstructed half-timbered house. Parking available in the nearby public car park. All sights and restaurants are within walking distance."
