We booked a two-bed room with a sofa bed, which was pretty good. There is Macy's nearby, although the merchandise is limited and the styles are old. It is recommended to ask the front desk for a room with a better view. The front desk service is average.

Need to have better signage for parking and arrows showing where you come in over by atena building . Also recommend adding a checking in sign right in front of the building . Add some bell hops outside . Update the communication on the website

I really liked this property. From the moment I checked in, Cassandra did her all to make things as comfortable and easy as possible. She especially, but the entire staff, are really exceptional and that alone made it a pleasure to stay there. The rooms are spacious (although a bit dated) and clean. The breakfast (all the food actually) was excellent. Pro tip: the avocado toast for breakfast is delicious. Serving Starbucks in the lobby from 6 am to 3 pm did not hurt my enjoyment either, nor did the modest but sufficient gym. I’ve always liked Sheraton as a brand and this hotel reminded me why: fair value, good on the things that matter, and solid customer service.

Accommodating and friendly staff. Menu and food in dining room was great (really nice MY ***** with fresh Vegs). Close to shopping

Close to restaurants. Room leaked during a heavy rain on our last night above the window frame in suite area. Hotel refunded a night’s stay. It was also busy due to youth soccer tournament guests.

Upgraded hotel was very nice apart from the freezing vold temperature in the public spaces...I believe one of the front desk stsff had a portsble heater, it was that cold....Apart from that everything was fine.

Terrible parking at this hotel, pay garage separate from hotel , for some the walk could be a challenge, closet space not tall enough to hang long coats , etc , just doesn’t have the feel of a more expensive hotel as it listed

10 out of 10! From the front desk to the bartender, house keepers. Hotel was clean..pool was amazing! I special shout out to Fender( the shuttle driver) I hope I spelled his name right. Can wait to come back next year!

The property is well maintained however parking is 10.00 a night and very far from the hotel inconvenient. The front desk staff Wendy was not welcoming and very rude.

I found the hotel to be quiet and enjoyable. The maid service did a great job with cleaning and setting up the room on days and times requested. The employees greeted me whenever I passed them with kindness and appreciation. Checkout was thorough and an error charge was investigated and rectified before I left the hotel. I would highly recommend this establishment and will stay here in the future.
