Nedslidt inventar i foyer, lidt for simpelt inventar i restaurant samt ringe og larmende udluftning i restaurant. God service og gode desserter.

Ruoka oli hyvää ja valinnanvaraa löytyi. Allasosasto oli hyvä. All inclusive kattava. Henkilökunta mukavaa. Haju hotellin käytävässä kamala! Huoneessamme oli pieni eläintarha: löysimme kolme kastematoa, perhosia sekä jonkun toukan. Vessan ovea ei saa kunnolla kiinni (lasiovi jää reunoilta auki). Illan esiintyjä lauloi kauniisti, mutta äänentoisto oli liian kovalla.

We love the staff as everyone was so lovely and nice. The room was spacious for a family but it needs a bit of renovation to meet the 4 stars. The bathroom as well was old and the door was damaged from the water. The food was good with a lot of variety. For Christmas and New Year’s Even there was a special dinner that we enjoyed.

definitely not a 4 star hotel this is a good 2/3 star all inclusive the quality of the food is mediocre the pool is very good but a bit cold especially the kids pool that is freezing there is a clear problem of parking, that is not available despite what the hotel could advertise. be ready to park on the street the location is very good

Hyvä hotelli. Aamiainen todella monipuolinen eikä illallisessakaan valittamista. Allasalue ok, paljon aurinkotuoleja. Hyvät baaripalvelut.

Live music at the evenings between 18:00 and 23:30 in front of the room and very noisy in the days because of the high way. I hadn’t sleep any day. And the hotel could not change the room even if I was ready to pay for the upgrade

Vi var på en dejlig ferie for første gang til Gran Canaria og valgte dette hotel. God beliggenhed, god service, lækre værelser og meget pænt og god service. Ville klart tage dertil igen

Hyvällä sijainnilla oleva siisti hotelli, kaikki oli kävelyetäisyydellä. Huoneet erittäin siistit ja mukavat sängyt. Ruoka oli erittäin hyvää ja monipuolista. Valikoima vaihtui kokoajan, niin ei ehtinyt kyllästyä. Erittäin miellyttävä kokemus, voi vilpittömästi suositella.

Decent accommodation but bed very basic and slightly uncomfortable. Food was reasonable with plenty choice at all times ( half board ). Car parking bit of a hassle.

Hola, nuestra experiencia ha sido muy buena, muy buena calidad-precio, muy buen trato del personal. Lo único que echamos en falta fue una cocina más española, la cocina está bastante orientada a gente extranjera. Repetiriamos estancia. Los animadores y personal del hotel un 10.
