Love this hotel! Very personable and lots of local character. Would definitely stay here again!

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and eager to help. The real hidden secret is their lovely interior patio, which is beautifully done, and a great place to hang out and read or have a drink.

We really enjoyed our 2-night stay in the King jacuzzi suite. There are so many dining options and conveniences (like banking, shopping) nearby. Valet parking available. Staff was friendly, helpful.

The hotel was beautiful. The location was perfect for what me and my wife wanted to do around the old port. Our room was clean for the most part. There was stains of the sexual nature on the side of the bed and what looked like food stains on the curtains. The ventilation could use a cleaning or at the very least a dusting. Vents in the room were covered in dust. The cable went out in our room around 8pm. When asked the front desk was told it was apparently out in the whole hotel. I can’t say for sure because I didn’t talk to any other guest. Can provide pictures if requested.

When checking in the person was very rude and annoyed with me checking in like I didn’t belong in this hotel. I have stayed here in the past and the service was great this is why I picked this hotel. With my husband in the hospital just having his leg amputated I wanted to be be safe and comfortable where I have been so stressed and the receptionist ruined it right off the beginning of my stay.

Hands down the best hotel stay I've ever had in Portland. The room was super clean, the staff was friendly, and the hotel is very cute and in a great spot in the old port.

I loved the staff, from the room attendants to the front desk clerks. Alexander and Montse are wonderful and gave outstanding service!!!

The hotel itself was lovely and had character. The room was quite spacious but lacked furniture. Two chairs provided that were ungodly uncomfortable so there was no lounging in the room. The armoire was nice but not very functional and the side of it looked like it had been in a bar fight with huge scratches on it. English Oil anyone.

Very nice hotel conveniently located in downtown Portland. Only thing they need to make clear is that parking is not included and it is $45 a night.

The Portland Harbor Hotel is a nice break from all the terrible chain hotels. The staff are all incredibly nice and attentive. The decor and design is great. And the room was big and nicely laid out.

So beautifully clean and the rooms were gorgeous. A lot of times I look for hotel rooms with bathtubs and almost always I'm disappointed with rooma being different than the advertised picture; but the soaking tub was AMAZING. Nice tall tub that was separate from the shower system. The coffee, water and cookies on every floor is a nice touch, as well.

While driving to our weekend getaway in Portland, I received a text from the hotel saying that the room I booked was no longer available due to “maintenance issues”. I live about 2.5 hours away. They then informed me that my room was being downgraded. Originally booked a king size bed with a jacuzzi tub, they put us in a small room with just a queen. They stated no other rooms were available. They did offer us free parking and some chocolate covered strawberries. This weekend was supposed to be a nice, romantic getaway with my wife (kid-free). I was incredibly disappointed that they changed the room with such short notice. I would have looked for a room elsewhere. This was our second time staying at this hotel, but we will not be returning.

More beautiful than I expected. The photos were nice but hotels always show their best pictures. This hotel lived up to the photos and more. Immaculate. Excellent service, perfect location in the Old Port. I cant wait to go back.
