If you are Asian, you must definitely go here. Prague is a place that teaches what service is and is like an oasis in the city. If you can make a reservation, make a reservation.

酒店位置極佳，步行可到各景點。服務尤其好，很貼心、耐心、周到。免費用車把客人送到城堡高處和離開時的主火車站。下次來還會選擇住這裏。

最滿意的一家酒店。尤其服務極好，有賓至如歸的感覺。位置也不錯，能免費停車。酒店做事大氣，細緻，周到。每一個服務員服務意識都很好。

In this era of tight labor markets, it is truly remarkable to find this kind of service. From the moment you book your trip, they reach out to help with anything you might need including airport transportation, activities, dining recommendations / reservations, etc. When I arrived at the hotel, Elena greeted me with a warm smile and a cold beer. We sat in the lobby where she checked me in, provided me with a map so I could get my bearings and offered suggestions and reservation for restaurants and excursions. It was so welcoming. There is someone to greet you and offer a drink or any help every time I returned to the hotel. The hotel is in walking distance to everything you will want to do in Prague.  I was assigned to a room on the 4th floor (highest floor). The ceilings were very low and window was small. I am very tall and banged my head several times on the chandelier. The next day they had another room available on the 2nd floor with 10 foot ceilings and large, beautiful windows. They transferred me there. I highly suggest you get one of these rooms.  Will definitely stay here next time I return.

# 1 hotel on TripAdvisor. Maybe because of the New Year, there is a premium, about 3000 for two nights. In fact, about 1100 per night is suitable.
advantage:
1) The location is good, close to the Old Town Square and it looks like a 7.8 minute walk. If you are going from the train station to the hotel, it is advisable to contact the hotel in advance to pick it up. It is very necessary.
2) The service staff is extremely enthusiastic! Extremely friendly! I believe this is the main reason for the number one ranking. There are not many hotel rooms. If you arrive early, the staff will take the initiative to let you choose the room you want to stay in. We finally chose to stay on the 4th floor suite. The room was large and the view from the window was good.
3) The hotel has a free car service that can be delivered to the castle and the train station, which is very convenient.
4) Breakfast is also very rich.
ps: If the price is around 1,000 yuan, you can get full marks.

We booked because of the other reviews on Trip Advisor and they did not disappoint.  From meeting us at the airport to dropping us at the train station the service was above and beyond. Breakfast was great and the hotel organized tour of the castle to old town was well worth it. The lobby atmosphere was conducive to meeting other travellers. We hope to return again. Truly a wonderful experience.
