The large terrace features a pool overlooking Oyster Pond, pool and beach towels provided. Smoking is NOT permitted in the house but can be enjoyed outside on the terrace.Guests love the location of the Villa with central access to all the island, Phillipsburg is 25mins, Orient Beach is 10mins away, and Grand Case is under 20 minutes. There is plenty of shopping all within an easy drive plus attractions to suit everyone. But mainly guest come for the quiet location with the most spectacular view Sint Maarten has to offer.Please note the villa is located on a hill so there is a steep drive up from the main gate and about a dozen steps down to the front door.
