The great reviews I read were absolutely spot on and this was a fabulous holiday for us at a great location with hardworking, friendly staff. Big call out to Selina in the bar and Sebastian on reception. The breakfasts and dinner were great quality and the pools and apartments are clean and well managed. We will return

We arrived at aqua suites smooth check in We was in a suite room 101 it was beautiful clean spacious everything u need including a fridge .tea and coffee facilities bottled water everyday clean towels staff are so friendly smiley will return

We loved stopping here. We had stopped at a hotel further down the hill so there was no surprise on the incline. We booked for 10 days on a half board basis. We had been told that the rooms and food was first class and we were not disappointed by the quality and the service. The housekeeping services and rooms were exceptional. This was matched by the service in the restaurant and the food served. The breakfast consists of a cold selection of fruits, cereals, cakes and a hot breakfast selection that is cooked to order as you want it. Matthias and the breakfast team were first class in all departments. All the evening meals were again superb in the selection options, the portion size and the food served was excellent quality and totally delicious. The restaurant staff were superb and their attention and friendliness were amazing and they couldn’t do enough for us. Special thanks go to Lena, Cello, Victoria. If I have left anyone out then I apologise. I cannot recommend this Hotel highly enough and I look forward to our return. Please don’t change anything in the meantime.

Had the most wonderful week at the Aqua suites. From the reception staff to the bar, restraunt and the staff that cleaned the rooms all were absolutely amazing. We were bed and breakfast and the food was excellent. Had dinner in the restaurant one night and food was again excellent. They also left a bottle of fizz and chocolates on our patio for my husbands birthday, so very thoughtful. Hotels is super clean . Had good entertainment. We will definitely be back 😍

7 nights in this great little hotel. Fantastic break away. Due to size is extremely peaceful and relaxing. The staff are very friendly, hardworking with cleaning always going on. Each apartment has sun beds on terrace or balcony creating your own sun trap. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet holiday in the sun. Superb. Will be returning.

A sublime hotel on the outskirts of Puerto Del Carmen. Very reminiscent of the Greek Isles in colour scheme lots of whites and blues. Room 108 was quite possibly the best on this small complex. Beautifully appointed with an outstandingly comfortable bed. Although we were B&B only we ate in the hotel every night as the food was impeccable. The bar provided delicious drinks, cocktails and ice cold beers. The only real negative was the main pool. It was very deep and could only be accessed via metal steps. We thought it might be more accessible for everyone to have graduated steps to ease yourself into the pool comfortably. Address this issue along with the poorly situated smoking area and the 5 Star review this hotel deserves would be achievable.

Best first holiday for our 10m old. Gorgeous hotel and so peaceful! Not your typical hotel for babies but so accommodating for young families. Great location central to everything, if you have a young child you will have a steep hill to push the pram up though! Everyone was so kind and welcoming my daughter enjoyed all of the attention every day at breakfast. Breakfast was also fab so much choice and cooked breakfast was made to order anything of your choosing. My daughter has a soya allergy and they even provided bread for her to eat. Matteus and Sam in particular were extra helpful and lovely to chat to. Reception staff were also very helpful booking taxis and reaching out about lost property after our stay. Only two negatives - one would only matter if you needed the kettle. It was cleaned with floral cleaner and the water tasted like flowers no matter how many times it was boiled after. Very odd thing to do. We needed the boiling water for my babies bottles so had to get it from the restaurant instead. The second was the placement of the kitchen fans. I.e if they’re cooking fish it was very strong on our balcony on an evening but it was too cool to sit out anyways (couldn’t smell it in the room).

Such a peaceful hotel! The whole site was spotless with cleaning constantly being carried out. It's about a 10 minute walk into town with an uphill return but absolutely worth it. Hotel staff always very courteous with praise especially for all the reception staff who were always friendly and extremely helpful. We didn't use the pools preferring to go to the beach but they were super clean with plenty of sunbeds. Restaurant was superb with some of the daily specials being extra special. Couldn't fault the breakfast. A huge selection of fruit, cold meats, cereals and fruit. Bespoke cooked breakfast available if required along with tea, coffee and fruit juice. Room was huge with plenty of room to spread out. A fresh bottle of water in fridge every day along with a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Standards are another level. Well done to all the staff who really know the meaning of good service!

Loved the aqua suites breakfast was amazing and everyone was so friendly. Our room was excellent we even had our own garden which was very private felt more like a private villa.

I booked 3 rooms one for myself, daughter and son and we were next door to each other which was great. The room I had was large and never seen so many electric sockets. Breakfast get your fruit ,cereal,coffee etc and waitress will ask you what cooked breakfast you want how you want your eggs done. She will ask what time you want dinner that night everything runs smoothly. Dinner you have a menu you order off and also a specials board outside entrance. Great selection salmon steak curry we booked half board every meal was very good. BBQ had pork,steak sausage etc help yourself to pasta rice and salad. Swimming pool is 6 foot in deep end I don’t think it’s heated but believe the sun warms it up a bit wasn’t cold cold.Large Jacuzzi was very nice to lay around plenty of loungers. All staff I met at reception, restaurant,bar and cleaners from beginning to end of holiday were lovely would stay here again loved it.

Extremely well run hotel. All staff, from the reception staff to the housekeeping team and bar / dining staff are so friendly, helpful and hardworking. The hotel is very clean. Rooms are cleaned daily and the pool areas are impeccable. We stayed at the end of April as two couples and we had two suites with adjoining balconies which was lovely. The suites are a good size with a king size bed and full size fridge, and great clothes storage in an extra room which has a sofa bed. Wardrobe had 22 hangers and plenty of shelf space. An iron and small ironing board are also provided. Bathroom also had excellent cupboard space for toiletries, and a lovely big walk in shower. A hairdryer is also provided. There are plenty of sun beds around the pool but most people use the sun beds and tables and chairs on their own balconies / terraces so there was never any shortage, although it was pretty quiet whilst we were there. We stayed bed and breakfast and the breakfasts are very good. Large selection of cereal / fresh fruit / cheese / breads / pastries etc on the cold buffet and hot food is made to order, from a full English to a couple of boiled eggs or sometimes a special like scrambled eggs with salmon. Another good thing is that breakfast is served from 8am til 11am so there isn’t a mad rush. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel as there are so many very good restaurants to choose from in Puerto del Carmen but we had lunch a couple of days, just toasties and burgers etc but they were very tasty. The bar was also very nice and friendly but very quiet so we only had the odd drink in there but the cocktails were good and the prices reasonable. We thought the hotel was extremely good value for money for the standard provided. And there were no hidden extras like some hotels. There was no charge for the safe, just a 20 euro deposit which we got back, nor for air con, and tea and coffee sachets and little milk pods are provided daily as well as a free bottle of water left each day. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.

Second visit here, absolutely fabulous hotel, accommodation is spacious and spotless, suites cleaned every day, and all communal areas cleaned and kept in pristine order.All the staff were exceptionally friendly.Breakfast was very good with a selection of continental foods , but hot food made to order which was of high quality. Ate in the restaurant a couple of evenings and again this was of good quality.Pricing in the bar and restaurant is competitive.10 minute walk to the front so not too far away from the action. Thoroughly recommended. Thanks to all the staff for making great holiday

Absolutely fantastic first stay at the Aqua Suites in Puerto del Carmen. The moment we checked in we were offered a glass of cava, which we gladly accepted, and allocated a brilliant room (222) with tons of outdoor space and a hot tub. The apartment itself was really spacious, clean and had everything we needed (plus a complimentary bottle of wine). We were B&B and thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, loads of options on the cold buffet including many varieties of juice, tea and coffee. The hot breakfast was excellent, I think I must have had the omelette about 5 times in a week! We didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening but it always smelled amazing, especially on the barbecue night. The location of the hotel was ideal for us, out of the way of the ***** so we could get some peace and quiet but still close enough to the main ***** for us to walk there and back each day. The service was excellent, the staff on the front desk, the restaurant and our maid were all so friendly and they tried to get to know us a bit over the course of the week which was lovely. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel, brilliant in every way.

We travelled as a couple in mid April for a 10 Night night stay at the Aqua Suites. We selected the accomodation based on excellent TripAdvisor reviews and I can say we were not disappointed Check in was quick and efficient, drink offered on arrival, reception were really pleasant and ensured we had all relevant information to assist during our stay. A free in room safe, pool towels in the bathroom which could be changed as and when required , all rooms have an iron and small ironing board, you receive a large bottle of water free each day Coffee making facilities again replenished daily, we had upgraded to a pool view suite therefore we also had Nespresso coffee machine in the room with a selection of pods, also had dressing gowns All rooms have loungers, table and chairs Beds large and comfy, great sleep Housekeeping all areas was excellent Maintenance and cleaning staff do an excellent job Finally the food, we stayed on a B&B basis excellent choice of cereals, fruit, cheeses etc which you helped yourself to, The hot options are ordered and freshly cooked for you, no dried up food being kept warm under heat lamps here. The whole breakfast experience was excellent. We ate in the complex several times during the day and a couple of times in the evening , all food was excellent, both presentation and quality of food superb. Again all staff so pleasant and helpful Chilly in the evening you need a jacket out and about Really glad we chose to stay here. Thank you to all
